She did an amazing job with my facial! I scheduled an appointment online and it was super easy. We started off with a consultation to see which type of facial is best for my skin type. I did the Shine Acne facial ($80) recommended by Jueun, which comes with a glycolic peel, aqua peeling, extraction, and cooling therapy. She also exfoliated my skin, gave me a facial and upper body massage, and a mask at the end. Throughout my facial, Jueun was very gentle and careful. She explained step by step what she was doing. I like how she's very friendly and knowledgeable about skincare. My entire facial was relaxing, which made me feel comfortable. I have occasional cystic acne so Jueun suggested the Ollie Belle cover dot ($15). They are FDA-registered acne patches and made in the USA. This is a really nice and relaxing setting. I found shine skin care through yelp and highly recommend the eyelash extension service . The process takes about two hours. It feels a little prickly while being put on but it completely went away right after. June Is really light handed and gentle on the eyes when putting on extensions.The room is very clean and like I said very relaxing . I saw all the great reviews so I decided to book an appointment with Jueun. I originally booked my appointment at 1:30 but she asked me to come earlier which was no problem for me. So I came a bit past 1 and we began with a mini consultation on the type of facial that I should receive. She was very nice and friendly to talk with and recommended for me to do an acne facial. During the whole process of the facial, I felt like she was a bit rushed and was quite brief with her massages. However, I don't really mind too much about the massages, as long as I get great skin results. Another point to mention, I was expecting more extractions since it was an acne facial but she only extracted about 6-8 small spots in total. I don't really have a problem with that, but then some of the spots that she extracted got infected... I also found it odd that she extracted areas that didn't have any problems in the first place. I immediately noticed after the facial that there was a spot that she extracted that seemed irritated. Sure enough, the next day and the day after, it got infected. Now I'm left with this huge, painful red infected spot near my eye! Quite disappointed with that part. However, I do feel like her facial machines are new and work great because I do see the results on my pores after the facial. They also felt really nice on my skin, especially the icy one! At the end of the facial, I gave her tips but she seemed somewhat disappointed at the amount I gave her... I felt like I gave her a reasonable amount and I didn't feel the need to give too much because she's the owner. Also, I felt that the facial was quite short! The facial officially started at 1:30 and I got out at like 2:20... Pros: she is very friendly and responsible, clean and private environment, reasonable prices, great facial machines!
