The deli at the Beverly Hills store sucks. I went to buy Buffalo wings at 5:45pm and they didn't have any made and refused to make more.

KC Wine Bistro intrigued us with its varied menu offerings. Upon walking in, we were asked to sit anywhere. We chose a table inside, not aware that there was ample outdoor seating just out back. We were presented a menu and my wife and I chose to start with traditional lumpias (Filipino egg rolls). My wife ordered the Ahi Tuna BLT and I opted for the Ribeye Rice Bowl. The lumpias were very good. Freshly deep fried, hot and crispy served with a sweet and tangy chili sauce. My wife liked her BLT and the huge spears of fried potatoes served with it. They were quite generous with the pieces of ahi as well. My dish was equally good with tender and flavorful slivers of ribeye in a flavored rice and grilled vegetables. Service was friendly and attentive. After our meal, I chatted up a lady who I learned was the proprietor and who just happened to be from the Philippines. We'll definitely be back!

My husband ordered a hamburger and said it was one of the best he's ever had. I had chicken shawarma and WOW! Again, quality of the food HOT FRESH and the SERVICE was TOP MARKS and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

At the end of the night as we're getting ready to go back home, we went back for one last drink. We both presented valid, unexpired South Carolina driver's licenses that were genuine and in good condition. At the door, the bouncer told us they don't typically accept South Carolina IDs, but ultimately allowed us inside. When we went to order drinks, the bartender refused to serve us, claiming our IDs had "scanned as fake." When we questioned that, we were then told they didn't actually have an ID scanner. We even offered to have local law enforcement verify that our IDs were legitimate, but they still refused to serve us. We completely understand the importance of checking IDs and appreciate that businesses have to be cautious. However, being given conflicting explanations and feeling like our valid out of state IDs were dismissed without a legitimate verification process was frustrating and embarrassing. If there is an official policy regarding South Carolina IDs, it should be clearly communicated. If there isn't, I hope management addresses this so other visitors with valid out of state identification don't have the same experience.

They have an entrance for take out and also for dining in. I was greeted and seated right away when I entered. They have a nice sized dining room.. drink order was taken and wow, they have quite a menu and most of the meals serve, Garlic Knots and a Salad with your meal which is very nice. My order was taken and salads were served. They have a nice Italian dressing they make in house...Garlic Knots were served and they were hot and delicious. I ordered Chicken Franchese and Penne with Marinara for my side, they also offer fried and veggies as a chicken as well. They serve Coke products..The food there is very good, only thing on the Franchese, I would like to see it thinner filet and pounded.. ...I have been to their other location a few times and it did not disappoint! Ordered a piece of Chocolate Mousse Pie to go and a family member ate it and said it was very good..I will be back to try some of the other choices they have on their menu too!

Now, we have an unspoken (but strictly enforced) vacation rule: no cooking. If we so much as touch a stove while away from home, the vacation gods might revoke our travel privileges. So, out we went in search of a good meal. With plenty of choices around, one spot immediately caught our attention--and my Argentinian heart skipped a beat. Dinner was an absolute delight! The restaurant is small and cozy, and we managed to snag the last table (cue victory dance). We shared three empanadas, Fugazzeta, and a salad--all delicious. But let's talk about the Fugazzeta, shall we? For those unfamiliar, Fugazzeta is a glorious, cheese-stuffed pizza from Argentina. Picture an avalanche of gooey cheese sandwiched between two layers of dough, crowned with caramelized onions. It's a masterpiece. I have been in the U.S. since 1978, and I had yet to find Fugazzeta here--until now! The moment I saw it on the menu, I knew it was destiny. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Cheesy? Oh yes. Borderline illegal amounts of cheese? Possibly. Crispy crust on the edges, soft and pillowy everywhere else--pure perfection. The empanadas? Excellent. Paired wonderfully with a glass of Malbec. Service was warm, friendly, and welcoming--just the cherry on top of an already great meal. Now, my friend has been trying to convince us to move to Inverness for a while. And well... this place might just tip the scales.

Wow, what an experience... and not in a good way…read more I believe the place is called Stinky Rose or Mariana's--either way, I won't be back. To start with the positives: our server was kind, attentive, and clearly trying his best. The pizza itself was actually pretty good--I'd give it an 8/10. Unfortunately, everything else completely missed the mark. A spider literally ran across a slice of pizza at our table (this wasn't even a full pie--just a $4 slice). When we asked to speak with a manager, the owner came over and immediately acted like we were making it up. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to make the situation right. She simply said, "oh... really, okay," picked up the plate, and walked away. There was no follow-up or resolution, and we were later brought a bill that still included the slice. We even tried to locate the spider to show we weren't lying--that's how dismissive the interaction felt. When I asked the owner whether she intended to still charge for the slice she had taken, she responded while walking away, "Do you want that or it taken off?" The tone and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional. At that point, it wasn't even about the slice--it was the complete lack of basic customer service. Had the situation been handled with even minimal professionalism, we likely would have paid and left without issue. On top of that, the seafood linguini was disappointing--no flavor, no garlic, very small portions of seafood that tasted frozen, and empty clam shells. Overall: * Pizza: good * Server: great * Owner: very poor experience * Food (outside of pizza): disappointing The rest of the staff was friendly, and it seems like this place has potential. We had heard good things about the pizza and made the drive to try it, which makes the experience even more disappointing. With some improvements--especially in how issues are handled--it could be a much better experience. I would not return and will be choosing other Italian options moving forward.
