Yes I like Winn-Dixie or SE Grocers, meat dept, seafood, delicious, + the rest of the store all but the produce dept. it just seam like everything you but turns bad so fast. I think the buyers are buying very cheap produce. Now they think that adding a liquor store is going to help ;-( This is a well stocked store all but the pet food, what so hard about making pet food? I object strongly to the self check out services provided at many retailers today. At my store, nearly half of the registers are gone and the young lady that is there to help provide you with assistance acts like you are bothering her if you ask for help. I for one will go out of my way to go to Publix just for the service. Also, the pharmacy is a joke. Took 2 days to fill a script. My advice, stay away from the Beverly Hills, FL Winn Dixie. Ok my sister and I were out for the first time in a long time she had been in the hospital with heart issues and we just needed a day out. So I decided to take her for a pedicure and a manicure we went in and got waited on right away, we got a pedicure first which was much appreciated. My sister didn't want to get a manicure but I told her that she needed to do it and just relax I'm paying for it so I got a pedicure a manicure. She got a pedicure and she got a manicure. I got a full set she just got her nails painted, we were charged $210 and I gave both of the guys $30 tip each. The man that was doing my manicure was coughing on my hands. I was surprised they let them work as sick as he was. I always tip a lot and didn't realize they over charged me until my sister told me she didn't get a full set. So I will go back and get them to adjust it and I will update with info how it works out. Just be careful and protect yourself when going in these places. My manicure came out nice. He didn't clean up under my nails which I will have them do when I go back. I will also update the stars if they do the right thing. Enjoy yourself here in our area but shop smart. read more

My husband and I would shop at this location regularly for the sales and pleasant staff. Now I would not go near the place if they gave everything away. I had gone through their sale paper the night before to find things we needed or wanted. I found a few and wrote them on a list. Specific items They had listed. The Family Meal Deal was not what was advertised, it was all their brand. That's called Bait & Switch, Y'all. They were terribly understocked on items that were listed on sale. And some Items listed in the circular were not marked as being on sale. The Staff were either uninformed about anything going on in the store. Or were generally lackadaisical in their work. SE Grocers you screwed up the whole chain. Thanks a lot!! read more

at the Beverly Hills store this morning about 8AM not one register was staffed. I went to the Lotto clerk and told her I wanted to check out but there are no registers open she told me I had to use the self-check out. Stating that it was "policy". I made it clear I was not an employee and had no intention to do an employee's job for no compensation. She checked me out... keep people employed in this blue-collar town. Although we live in Ocala, and our good Winn Dixie was closed, we have found another store we will go to in Beverly Hills. The aisles are nice and wide and the store upgrade is great! They had everything I needed and wanted. Staff were helpful and courteous. We are pleased! read more

This Winn-Dixie Pharmacy is very understaffed with techs. Most days they have a pharmacist and one other person working. More than once I get a recorded message that my prescription is ready. When I go there they can't find it or it has not been filled yet. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Repeatedly when my doctors office sends over a RX electronically they say they never received it. They have no customer service skills. I'm switching RX plans in 2023 and will be switching pharmacy too! read more

There IS a mask mandate at Winn Dixie in Beverly Hills, FL. There are four red signs stating such as you enter the store. The pandemic has led to some empty shelves, so we need to be patient. I love shopping at this store and hated to see so many negative reviews. I hope others will shop here, as Winn Dixie is an asset to our local community. read more

We had to come here because it's the closest place that sells Fresh Pet dog food for our goldendoodle. Honestly, I'm from up north and even I thought the prices were a bit steep. We did half our shopping trip and then emptied our cart of all the paper goods and things we could get at Walmart for half price. Then we went to Walmart, realized they have the same food as Winn Dixie too, and decided we'll probably never be back except for the dog food. read more

DO NOT USE PHARMACY. unless u want to wait forever. Man pharmacist is the most slow, grouchy, rude and condescending pharmacist. Yesterday he Said no had to wait 2 hours so I came back next day and had to use Good Rx codes so he said it would be another 30 min. I had just come from Walgreens and it took the Pharmacists at Walgreens 2 min to enter good rx code at drive through. Such a bunch of crap. They need a nicer more friendly younger pharmacist. I won't be back. I am so sick and I just want to go home and take my meds and rest. Aghhh help. read more

Went in last night to do some grocery shopping and Chloe was my checkout person. She overcharged me for one of their sale items and when I pointed out she said that's with the computer does and there's nothing I can do about it. She told me to go to customer service and try and get my money back. At customer service I ran into a lady named Megan who also didn't know the price and had To roam the store looking for it. When she came back she refunded my money. A lady in the line behind me said it happens to her all the time. Watch your receipt as they apparently are overcharging and if you don't catch it it's a win-win for them. Horrible customer service and I will not be back. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had here. I went to pick up chicken wings from the deli that are in sale. They literally had one buffalo wing and 4 teriyaki which are the flavors I wanted. I realize it's a hot item so I asked the clerk how long it would be for more chicken wings and she told me a half hour. Disappointing, but I did understand and came back a half hour later and waited an additional 40 minutes at the deli counter for her to finally make them. She didn't even start them until well after the original 30 minutes. She never said a word to me that it would be longer or anything. Not only that, at least she did ask what type of flavors I wanted but they were out of the sauce and had to go pull it off the shelf which also meant that I didn't get their normal wings. I guess next time I'll have to call ahead and order something that they should have had anyway. I did get a "I'm sorry for your wait" I know it's uncomfortable to tell a customer that something they're waiting for is not ready but you should at least acknowledge the error and communicate with your patrons. read more
