We also bought 3 sweet potatoes from the produce section and 2 of the 3 were rotten inside once we went home to bake them. However, the muffaletta sandwich was incredible. 1 out of 3! We are visiting my father in law for a week. We went to Piggly Wiggly because of the good reviews and the proximity to his dad's home, but we will be going to Publix moving forward.

Without explanation, he repeatedly told me to "get out of here" and "you need to get out of here," over and over again. He then said he was going to follow me around until I left and claimed police were already present and that he would call them on me. At no point did he explain who he was or what authority he had. The store was still open, I was doing nothing suspicious, and his behavior actively interfered with my ability to finish shopping. It was intimidating, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never be harassed or ordered to leave an open store by an unidentified individual. This was reported to Walmart corporate and their "ethics"department.. All I have to say is management needs to take this seriously, because no customer should be treated this way. And I will make sure I am heard.

Karma was the name of the girl who checked me out and she was extremely friendly and professional. She is a fine representative of Rouses Market and Rouses Market is fortunate to have Karma on their team. The store was clean and people were shopping but not crowded like Walmart and other big chains and nice music and you could actually hear yourself think and find a person to help you and they would actually talk to you about the weather. The checkout process is unique in you bag yourself in a separate place to keep things moving and cost down with your own bags or take to your vehicle like Sam's or Costco.
