We bought a new 4 Star horse trailer from Winners Circle last year. There were a few little special order items on the trailer, the kind of things that just don't happen sometimes when you order. Cory was super attentive to detail and the trailer arrived just as ordered. Thats just a testimonial, now for the real reason I'm yelping. They also service horse trailers. Friday afternoon, the hitch on my 13 year old goose neck trailer failed. I pulled the trailer over to Winners Circle where Cory stopped what he was doing and had me back on the road in 20 minutes! I live nearby the Simpsonville, Kentucky store and we can have catalog items shipped to the store without shipping fees, so that has been helpful. The employees are always friendly and ready to answer questions on-line or in the store. I have had problems with items I've ordered during the Christmas sales that were billed but later I was told they were not available/discontinued or over-sold. The price has always been reimbursed, but I would have rather had the items I ordered. A couple years ago, we bought a leather western saddle from Winners Circle whose stirrups couldn't be shortened enough to fit our daughter's short legs. They had to re tool the straps to make them short enough but didn't charge us any extra fee for the work done. Very customer-oriented. read more
