About two weeks ago, I left a review after a sales representative accidentally cut into the paint on my bumper while removing a decal and initially did not take responsibility. However, upper management and ownership handled the situation completely differently -- and that made all the difference. Ownership personally reached out and asked me to contact the sales manager. From that moment on, the experience was outstanding. The sales manager took full responsibility for the damage and arranged and paid for a professional paint correction to fix the issue. I was honestly blown away by the level of accountability and customer care. I expected pushback or excuses, but instead I received respect, professionalism, and a real solution. Mistakes happen, but what matters most is how a company responds. This team proved they truly care about their customers and their reputation. Because of this experience, I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing to get my part, but the employee had already locked the doors and just walked away. I spoke with another employee who drove up to the store right about this time. He told me he worked at a different location today, but it's common for them to close the stores early when business is slow. He was polite. He told me that the guy working my local store was also pulled to work from another store tonight. I guess they were buddies and had plans tonight. I wonder if the managers and corporate know about this practice of closing early and locking doors early in the face of customers.

They said "we don't do that." I show them their website. They shrug. I say. "Okay well I need to rent tools please" (the window cling advertises "free tool rental". SPOILER ALERT: they don't rent tools. Tweedle dee and tweedle dumb acted like I was asking for the world when I needed assistance changing car battery. So I called AutoZone, 0.2 miles down the road, when in this story and they said they'd happily install a battery so I returned the battery I bought at O'Shitleys. AND as a bonus the battery at auto zone was $15 cheaper!

The conversation went terribly, though, because he kept interrupting me when I tried to speak.
