I would give this place less than 1 star…read more Documentation from all repair shops mentioned below can verify the following information. 1 - 02/2024 - I visited E/P on Boston Road to have my thermostat replaced - cost $400. 2 - 04/2024, I heard a rattle from the engine compartment. I took it to another repair shop who told me 'the bolts used to put the thermostat back on was the wrong size, were forced into the screw openings, & the internal threads for the screw hole had been stripped [I never thought impact wrenches were THAT strong]. The only place that touched anything regarding my heating system was E/P on Boston Road. 3 - I took the car back to E/P, showed them the results from the other repair shop, and spent significant time convincing them the work they had done on 02/224 was done incorrectly. As a result, E/P agreed to fix the problem for free. 4 - Flash forward to 12/2024; the heat quit blowing in my car again. I took it to another repair shop and was informed of the following: the last person who fixed the heating system did it wrong; they put in a thermostat that was WAY too small; the bolts to secure the thermostat was the wrong size, & all bolts were forced into the screw hole, and as a result, most of my heating system needs to be replaced [sans the heater coil]. 5 - When I informed the new repair shop of the work & then re-worked my car by E/P when I returned in 02/2024, they had only replaced ONE of the faulty-sized bolts. All four should have been replaced if all bolts had been forced into the wrong opening. E/P did not replace the other three that were too small & the incorrect size when I made them do a re-work in 04/2024. A $400 repair has now cost me close to $2,000. The new repair shop could forensically trace the problems back to the originating install. This significant financial impact should serve as a cautionary tale for potential customers. Given the information above, the decision is in your hands. Choose wisely, and good luck.

The wheel was hundreds less than buying new, which is good math in my book. Is it service with a smile? No, but it ain't Chick-fil-A, it's a junk yard. So, you kind of have to grade that on a curve. Not mean or anything, but perhaps curt. To be honest, I didn't care. They had the part I needed. They got it to me next day. The price was what I wanted to pay. Problem solved. He replaced the whole component right away because it was the only way to fix it right, no short cuts. My kind of mechanic! He was able to take on my long list of repairs and he adapted as the list grew - a thorough top-down inspection, suspension repair and lift, engine timing belt service, radiator repair, oil pump replacement, driveshaft service, undercarriage protectant application, oil change, to name a few work items. He explained his work thoroughly over several phone calls throughout his multi-day repairs, and he talked me out of an eye-wateringly expensive bogus repair the Lexus dealership wanted to do. Ethan's my hero. Prices were fair, not cheap, but I paid for quality work and honest service and got both, a rare thing. Turn around time was a few weeks. Receptionist Paula was a gem. She kept me up-to-date on the repair status all along. She also arranged payment options when I was out of town and sent me photos of receipts and records electronically. Also 2007, not long after the purchase I hit a deer and took it to Green's garage to be fixed. Another great experience and one that turned me into a lifelong Toyota customer. I won't even consider another brand. Second: 2025: Brakes. After 18 long years of not needing brakes, it was time to utilize Green's garage again. Because of the timespan and not knowing how much of the brake system would need replacing, I didn't want to take my luck taking it to some random garage so I went back to Green's for the work. Some of the parts took an extra day to arrive but not a big deal at all. I had already planned for the few days of repair work wait. They also noticed there were 4 recalls on my car so they took care of those(free of charge). Work completion: The car is like new! No issues at all. Third: 2025: During the brakes incident, I didn't plan to buy a new car anytime soon because I was going to stick with my 2007 until the wheels fell off. For the better part of a year, I had been keeping my eyes peeled for a specific model that I had drove during my Montana trip in 2021. During the brakes incident, I checked Green's certified inventory... and there it was! The exact 2022 model that I drove on that trip! It must be a sign, right? The day I saw the car, I reached out to them to see if it was available, drove down to Lexington, took it for a test drive, got financed, and left with the new car. AGAIN! From the online interaction to the salesman to the loan officer, A+++++ on all accounts. It just further reinforced being a lifelong Toyota customer. However, upper management and ownership handled the situation completely differently -- and that made all the difference. Ownership personally reached out and asked me to contact the sales manager. From that moment on, the experience was outstanding. The sales manager took full responsibility for the damage and arranged and paid for a professional paint correction to fix the issue. I was honestly blown away by the level of accountability and customer care. I expected pushback or excuses, but instead I received respect, professionalism, and a real solution. Mistakes happen, but what matters most is how a company responds. This team proved they truly care about their customers and their reputation.
