One of the biggest differences we've noticed is how healthy our boys have stayed. They rarely get sick here, especially compared to our previous daycare experiences, which tells me the school takes cleanliness and sanitization very seriously. The summer program is another highlight. The kids get to enjoy so many fun and engaging activities, including musical performers, puppet shows, water play, foam parties, and even drive-in movie days. I always look forward to the pictures they send because my boys are clearly having so much fun. They stay busy all day with meaningful activities and never seem to have a dull moment. Since our boys started at Goddard, I've always noticed what I think of as a "trickle-down effect." The management is respectful, the teachers are respectful, and the children reflect that same culture. The kids are so well-behaved compared to what we've experienced elsewhere, and I truly believe that's a result of the positive environment the school creates. Most importantly, I know my boys are safe, genuinely cared for, challenged, and kept engaged every day. The teachers also provide appropriate structure and discipline, which has helped them grow tremendously. Goddard played a huge role in helping my boys thrive and prepare for public school. Like any daycare, there is some staff turnover, but it's minimal compared to other centers we've experienced. What also gives me confidence is that Miss Lori has been there for over 20 years and oversees teacher training. Knowing that every teacher receives the same high standard of training really shows in the quality of care. I often find myself lingering during drop-off and pick-up just to chat with the staff because I genuinely enjoy the warm, welcoming environment. I'm honestly sad that my 5-year-old is aging out because we've loved being part of the Goddard family. We have had an incredible experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Goddard Flemington to any family looking for a caring, engaging, and well-run preschool.

I was a first time mom and didn't know of another place that would be so close or affordable. I kept my daughter here, truly for the convenience of distance and price rate. However, many times I would have normal questions I would think a typical parent of a 1-2 year old can have and there were times they didn't have an answer for me. Sometimes they were not willing to accommodate our family needs, yet that's part of what they claim they stand for. Please understand that my daughter was always happy to go there because of her teachers. The teachers do the best they can, but they lack appropriate training and sometimes resources. My biggest issue was with management. From my personal experience, since I am a teacher myself and deal with parents and here management was never the most professional with me as a parent. It really hurt me that we felt pushed out. They wouldn't accommodate my schedule and didn't guarantee me a spot for my daughter. They said they would let me know in advance and never did, which led me to find another school and know about my options, because they wouldn't give me an answer. As far as academics is concerned, my daughter didn't learn much there. They would play all day, hence she was always happy to go. I never saw a real progress in her learning. The administration was never willing to accommodate a family who had already been there for 2 years. They didn't care about losing us and pushed us out. Another issue was that there was no one you can take formal concerns to. They were all extremely close at a personal level and I knew I would not be heard. I would only recommend this place for your child's care if you want them to play all day and you want good rates. But be aware if you are 5 minutes late, you will be charge per half hour. I have to be honest as I never felt my daughter was neglected or in danger, but definitely didn't get the best educational experience there. This place could be a better place for families around BR if they take a better business management approach, which they have lack of.

The owner Kathy is personally invested to every child enrolled and takes every concern seriously. Kim was my son's lead teacher and she was wonderful! Kim was Very warm and engaging. Each day they offer something different. One day when I picked my boys up, they said "why did you come so early, we were having fun." Steve and Kate's offer camp hours from 8 to 6 and provide snack and lunch, which is a bonus. The camp councilors are respectful and friendly. I know that my boys are in good hands when I drop them off for the day.
