He truly is the Michael Jordan of the paint industry! His recommendations were a slam dunk and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my deck painting project. Charlie's expertise and helpful attitude made my paint selection process smooth and enjoyable. Very helpful. Pleasant atmosphere Neat displays no clutter. Never a long line, always 2 people at the check out counter. The parking is always easy, location is just outside the Hyannis Main Street so no congestion. read more

The cashier Sandy is rude and extremely loud. She was conversing with a customer for over ten minutes when one of the other employees was asking her for help . She turned around and kept talking to the customer and completely ignored her coworker who clearly needed assistance at the register, as she was all alone. There were others waiting in line as well. It was poor leadership and extremely rude. read more

I am a fan of supporting the locals and when Home Depot moves to town I supported Bradford's - no more! Ordered a small paint order for curbside pick up. Got there, called, opened up my trunk for delivery and thought that would be it. Nope, he came to my window and needed a signature - papers flapping in the wind- no clipboard and wanted to hand me a pen with his bare hands! I used my own pen. Covid is serious and people and businesses better take is seriously - Shame on Bradford's for not only putting their employees at risk but their customers. Defeats the purpose of curbside. read more

Amazing!!! Where do I even begin. I have always been a fan of this great small business having spent many summers on cape cod. I was delighted to see the fantastic remodel when I went in this week and the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating in this unprecedented time. Not only does the store look fresh and inviting, but all staff practices social distancing, wore masks and have all of the COVID-19 protocols In place and are setting the standard for service. I went there to cut my honda key but they did not cut it. Its a big store with a locksmith. I guess they just cut simple door key!! Nothing more then that. Dissapointed with the customer service. read more

Bought a machete and sharpening stone because past machetes have been way too dull. Tried to cut brush on my land. Machete bounced off saplings, blackberry, and vines. It was dangerous. Brought machete back and clerk refused refund. I had to go back when owner was there. Refunded machete but not stone - said nothing wrong w stone. I suggested stone didn't sharpen machete enough. They still refused. I am unclear how enforcing an $8 purchase is worth losing a customer over! I had spent over $200 with them and I haven't even started to build my house. They are awful. I made arrangements with them a week in advance and prepaid with my credit card. I had left a lock box on my front door with a key and stated my tenants would be arriving Sat. They said no problem, they would change the locks out on Friday and have two keys waiting for my tenants at the store for Sat. morning. Well my new tenants arrived at the store and were told the owner (me) had changed the plans and the job was to be done on Mon. This was a lie, plus my carpenter had confirmed the lock box was gone on Fri. at around noon. My tenants went over to the house just by some chance the locksmith had run into problems and put the lock box on the back door. No chance, the lock box was gone and all the doors looked. I called Bradford Hardware several times to ask to talk to the locksmith who never returned my call. I finally spoke to the store again and said my tenants were suppose to move in today and if they would not give me the locksmith's number or I hear from him it left me no alternative but to take them to small claims court for lost rent and moving fees for my tenants. The person I spoke with said they would contact the owner. Still no call back. I called again an hour later and was told they would bring it up with the Mgr. Ken Rose when he returned in an hour. Still no call back. I finally called the store and spoke with Ken Rose. He said there was nothing he could do. I said why not get on the phone with their man who did the job, Ken Bradbury, and find out what happened and if need be take on the expense of finding an alternative locksmith to allow me access to my property. He again said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to wait until Mon. to talk to Ken Bradbury. No call back. No problem solving. No customer service. Within an hour of writing this review, the locksmith called me to say he was at the store and the keys were there. He further stated the store personal mixed my job up with another job when they told my tenants the job had been postponed until Mon. I called my tenants, it was now 3:30 (four and a half hours after this ordeal had begun), to let them know they could pick up the keys. Better late than never! read more

Have been going to Bradfords for the past year and love it! Used to go to Home Depot but got sick of searching for someone to help me. Every time I go into Bradfords I'm greeted by several people and offered help all around the store. Great family run cape cod business! read more
