It was disappointing to spend money on games that couldn't even be played. One particular young staff member was especially unprofessional--she spoke to customers disrespectfully, provided little to no clear information, and escalated frustration rather than helping resolve it. With better training, stronger leadership, properly maintained games, and a more organized reservation process, this place could be a great experience.
