By far the best grooming we've ever had! Our Shihtzu looks so adorable and he seemed to enjoy the experience. As soon as we walked in everyone was so friendly and inviting. The last time I went to drop our pup off at Petsmart he started shaking and obviously remembered the experience negatively. I took that as a sign to try a new place. So glad I did! It was also less expensive than Petsmart. That's always a plus. Overall we had a great experience! read more

I have been using Muddy Mutts for about 2 years now, and they are about as good as they get. My dogs have used other groomers prior to Muddy Mutts opening, but never again. The girls at the salon are always so helpful and polite. My dogs have been here at least a half of dozen times and I have zero complaints. Abbie and Paisley are ready for another visit. We highly recommend Muddy Mutts! The location is convenient, the hours are perfect, it's extremely clean and the groomers and staff are very professional. We only use the do it yourself bathing bays, because we have a shy rescue who gets a little skittish around others, but Muddy Mutts will be our "go to" location from now on! read more

I had to add this one on here. I gave it 5 stars for a couple of reasons. All of the other mobile groomers in Cincinnati are TERRIBLY overpriced. This mobile groomer did a fantastic job on my Yorkie Mya. (She has a puppy cut, but I am very particular and have pretty high standards). They were on time, and quick! They even gave Mya a little goodie bag of treats when they came to the door with her at the end! I am pretty sure they even do discounts if you and a neighbor schedule back to back. read more

Wish I could've even scheduled to give a better review but, almost a week of back and forth is ridiculous! My wife called and asked pricing and whoever was answering the phone seemed confused on what a, "mini Australian Shepard - poodle mix" is. So, they asked us to send a picture. Two days pass without a response, several phone calls un-answered; so I result to good ol' facebook to ask someone to call my wife. Instead, I get an emailed response asking questions we already answered. Judging my these other reviews they seem nice and maybe it's just the person the schedules but, I personally will not make another attempt. If you want someone's business, you should have someone a little more professional hand your scheduling. read more

I had never used a mobile groomer before so I was a little nervous about what to expect, but muddy mutts exceeded my expectations! My dog was always so anxious and upset to go to his previous groomer and would have to be there 3 to 4 hours. However with muddy mutts Dawn was able to wash and dry him and cut his hair and nails in no time and my dog seemed so comfortable with Dawn and liked her a lot! She also did a great job, my dog looks the best he ever has! I was so pleased I would recommend muddy mutts to anyone, it's worth every penny and then some!! read more

My dog had never been groomed before. She had a horrible shedding problem due to a really thick undercoat. Muddy Mutts came out and did a fabulous job! My dog was so relaxed during the grooming that she actually dozed off a few times. She emerged from the grooming van SO happy, beautiful, and soft. She even looked thinner due to all of the undercoat being gone. They gave her a cute little scarf and a bag of treats at the end. But the best part was she was no longer shedding like crazy! I also felt that it was a reasonable price to pay. I would HIGHLY recommend Muddy Mutts Mobile Grooming to anyone! read more

Awesome! I am a nanny for 2 girls and 1 standard poodle. We gave Muddy Mutts a try and I am thrilled that we did. I love this shop. Very Nice & Clean. You are able to see the area where your Pet is being Groomed. I watched numerous dogs coming & going & they were all wagging their tails & happy to see the Groomers. The Girls here are all very nice to the animals. The Grooming is top of the line. I have 2 dogs and they look better than I have ever seen them look, when they are finished with them. It only takes about 2 hours, which is very nice, that the dogs do not have to be there all day.
