Some things seemed clean, towels and sheets. The not so good: this is what a motel looks like when the owner doesn't reinvest enough money into the property. Many places in the hallway and room had bad areas on the walls, paint peeling and bubbled up, that looked like water damage. The window in the room had two locks on it, one was broken so the noise from highway 35 was louder since it wouldn't seal completely. Carpets had stains in places. Chair in the room was worn. Bathroom had a water leak. Easy to tell because the bathroom vanity was swollen and missing the finish in places from what appears to be water damage. The tile in the bathroom must of come loose and repaired badly. The bottom of the bathroom door looks like it has suffered from water damage. No body wash in the dispenser in the shower. Voicemail still on the phone from 3 months ago. The WiFi didn't work. The furniture and fixtures will get worse if there is no reinvestment to replace and repair. The housekeepers could start to lose interest in doing a good job if everything is falling apart around them. Would choose a different place next time.

First impression this time did not go well. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was cold when we arrived at check in. The room was as expected with the following exceptions. First, I had to fix the toilet handle. The locking nut in the bowl was not attached to the bowl. It's a simple fix but it left me wondering if the toilet had been cleaned. In order to clean the toilet, one must flush the toilet. Secondly, the seam on the couch arm was busted. The hotel is nice, but when small things start getting overlooked, they eventually become big things. We will stay there again as we are frequent visitors to Winstar. This hotel is close and a nice change from the expensive rates at the resort.

The room was hot (75°) when we arrived, and despite adjusting the AC and having staff "reset" it, the temperature kept rising (up to 77°). We were unable to switch rooms, and the issue was never resolved. The TV also barely worked (stuck on one channel), and when we requested a partial refund, we were told management would follow up--but we never heard back. Overall, poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and a concerning payment request. This hotel seems to rely on overflow from WinStar World Casino and Resort without prioritizing guest experience. Avoid if possible.

It was a nice, spacious suite! The staff were iffy, though. It depended on who was at the front desk. The nighttime staff lady was nice and professional. She spoke and asked us if anything was needed. The daytime staff were standoffish and didn't speak to you at all unless you were checking in or had an initiated question. I assumed it was culture because they did not discriminate as to who was being ignored! It wasn't anything to stop me from staying there again, though. Major issue for me: The front entrance and red area outside of the front door needs power washing to get up all of the spat out gum collecting there.

Fast forward to Sunday night we were due to leave the next morning and we were getting our items together and my husband seen a roach runoff the luggage under the sofa he pulled the sofa from the wall took a picture of the roach and then killed it after that happened I could not turn off the lights to the room cause I was scared if I turned out the lights maybe other roaches would come out so it made for a horrible last night and they need to do some extermination and some carpet cleaning, and some wall painting in that hotel. Do better ass we had three rooms as we came down as a family and was very disappointed.

Don't. Stay. Here. Nightmare hotel…read more This hotel was booked and a jacuzzi room was paid for. We got to the hotel and were immediately hit with the smell of mildew in the lobby. We moved past it because we had stayed here prior and knew about the prior renovations due to the lighting strike. We got to our room and noticed the tub was broken but the hotel was fully booked. So we just accepted our loss and told hotel staff. Then we were awoken to water coming through the ceiling at 3 am and continued to leak all night long. Come this morning, we told hotel staff of all the issues and requested a credit or some sort of relief for this sleepless night. We were met with offering 1000 pts which won't even get a room. No refund. No caring. No anything. Please don't stay here if you want a good weekend.
