Well after calling the Salon, owner Angela returned my call promptly and set me up with an appointment same day. Upon arriving I met Angela who is a very nice woman. I got right into the chair and she gave me the best haircut I've had in years! I finished up and asked what I owed her and her fee was way beyond fair and cheaper than any (lousy) haircut I've received in years! I left another voicemail in hopes of a callback, but no one ever called me back! So I have a gift certificate for over $100 that is just wasting away. What a waste of money and time. She didn't touch the blonde in the front pieces so I have a yellow-blonde in front and then a grey-blonde on the rest. The brown is a very cool tone almost black and does not match my natural hair color like I asked(it looks a lot better on camera than in person). She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.
