The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable. Today, I had a wonderful pedicure with Anna. The gals at the front desk had amazing customer service skills and were so kind, Anna was amazing and did an incredible job on my pedicure, and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of calling to schedule an appointment over the phone with a receptionist who lacked customer service skills like last time. You can easily book any service online on their website. I'm so happy with the positive changes, and I'm so excited to go back for future services.
