Leslie Kelly is a dream pediatrician…read more Attentive to our needs and loving on our little one. She is reasonable and not an alarmist which has eased my husband's tendency to overreact about small things (like our todder's mild eczema). We are sad to be leaving the practice as we are moving from NY to IN but wanted to make sure to leave a glowing review before we departed. Our L.O. is a preemie and did an 8 day NICU stay before we were able to take him in for his first Ped visit. From day one up until his 18 month visit (plus some as he's now 20 mo.) they have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful and easy. We will miss this place and hope that someone reads this and takes our spot so that Leslie can ease your new parent fears and make you feel like fam!

This Pediatric Office is Fraudulent. PLEASE CHECK YOUR INSURANCE STATEMENTS. If you were ever…read morebilled for a visit that you did not attend, REACH OUT TO ME VIA MESSAGES ON YELP. I used to attend Tribeca Pediatrics in Queens, NY and enjoyed my experience. I moved to JC (where everything is a scam) and booked an appointment for my toddler. We never attended the appointment as we extended a family vacation. I didn't pay much mind until I opened my UnitedHealthcare App to see my daughter's insurance was billed. When I reached out, they were adamant this was a mere billing issue. I actually obtained the visitation notes, where DR GAO falsified notes of my daughter's wellbeing, dentistry, school attendance and follow up notes for the next visit. I NEVER STEPPED FOOT INTO THIS PLACE. After, I contacted my lawyer who said this was a criminal issue and advised on several follow ups. DR GAO is now under investigation by the NJ state medical board for insurance fraud. Not only that, it's very clear this entire office is a part of this scam and it is not their first one. If you see their Google reviews, it's filled with notes about billing issues. Their Office scheduling director reached out with a sad email apology, never responded to me and queries after and said again, its a billing error. Sorry, if you falsify medical records of kids, it is actually JAIL for you. No one else even contacted me to apologize. The doctor has had ZERO contact with me after she did this to my child. Remember these notes follow your children to school, can support diagnosis's and more. The fact they are scamming children... in a medical practice... is so alarming. You guys are gross and her response to the NJ board is that this was an admin error since they were so busy. Wow, you're willing to mix up files and make false notes because it's busy? How much time and care do you think they do with children? Speaks to their reviews of horrid wait times and poor service.

When my son started experiencing strange side effects from a minor injury Dr. Lebron (correctly) forced my wife and I to take him to a hospital. Dr. Lebron would not stop harassing the hospital over the phone until we were able to make an appointment with a top Doctor in the correct field (harder than you would think)! She most likely saved my son from needing his foot to be amputated. More recently, I called the office @8PM expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead, Dr. Lebron picked up the phone herself, and facetimed me as soon as she heard the issue. Her demeanor truly sets her apart; while I never want to call her, I am always relieved after speaking with Dr. Lebron.

Dr. Lebron was always quick to send us to another specialist causing these first-time parents a lot of anxiety. When we thought he was having a flat head as a baby, she sent us to a helmet specialist because it might affect our son's "facial asymmetry". My wife took him to North Jersey only to be told to wait it out and come back if the head does not improve. It did improve. When our son had some level of speech delay, she sent us to an Early Intervention and Developmentalist. She said she was not going to perform a diagnosis but suspects it could be autism so she made a prescription to be seen by the specialists. Due to the long wait with in-network providers, we went straight to out-of-network practitioners to have our son evaluated. The occupational therapist and speech therapist performed a 1 1/2 hour comprehensive evaluation and he was interacting pretty well, although we had to address the speech part. At the next late afternoon check-up with Dr. Lebron, she used the word "not normal" when he was not making eye contact. Take note, she was seeing her for 3 minutes without being playful. It was a long wait before he could see her and the boy was already cranky. She was quick to speculate that something was wrong with our kid. We eventually found a developmentalist and he tested negative after a comprehensive evaluation. Bottom line, if there was a cause of concern, perhaps she should be mindful of communicating with the parents. I understand the need to cover all bases but it wouldn't hurt to brush up on some bedside manners as a doctor. It would be best not to cause any unnecessary panic to the parents. Our son has caught up with his developmental milestones and we have been free from any unnecessary worries after transferring him to another practice. We pulled him out after he turned 2.
