Took my luggage cart back down to the lobby told the attendant I could not stay in that rough. It smelled so bad. She said she can move me to another room next-door to that room. We walked up together, walked into the room, equally stank.! She went back downstairs, went on her computer move me across the hotel on the same floor still had a funky smell, but not nearly as bad so I said OK I'll stay here. As mentioned, I'm here on business so I'm just sleeping here, and want my room cleaned, etc. My room was cleaned every day no problems there. However, every day when I came back to the room, there was this weird odor. I definitely would not recommend this hotel although the rooms were OK, the bed was OK, the sheets were OK, the towels were OK. There's absolutely nothing luxurious about this hotel and it freaking smells bad. The entire staff that I dealt with, and that clean my room were top notch. They did the best they could. But in no way, would I ever stay here again. I did get coffee in there free breakfast area. The absolute worst coffee I've ever had in my life. There was a cappuccino maker in the lobby halfway decent. Oh, and by the way, when I got home every single article closing that I brought into the hotel, I had to wash because it all reeked of some sort of mildew stinky smell! I don't have any respiratory issues, but if somebody did and they were sleeping there, I would freaking think that this is a health hazard. Good luck find something else don't stay here. One more thing, after being home one day I realized my hair smelled like mildew as well. Gross!

I had to keep it turned off to get some smell relief and sleep with it completely off. The bed only had 2 thin sheets on it. The pillows were two tiny throw pillow size. The shower looked atrocious, I couldn't bring myself to even use it. The ceiling needed a serious paint job. For some reason I was placed in a handicap friendly room, which is great they have that, but it needs to be much cleaner and updated. This place is nasty. Thank goodness I am only sleeping here for one night. I will never be returning again.

Everything feels modern and redone, especially the bathroom which was so sleek. Rooms come with patios and ocean views. If you are on the side you get a really nice partial ocean view, or you can pay more to stay in the back and have a full on ocean view. The grounds are just fantastic. A gorgeous heated pool, tons of chair space on the beach, and an additional deck of chairs on a sandy area that overlooks the beach. You can post up there with views of the pool on one side and views of the beach on the other. Seating for the bars and restaurant are all over. You are never too far away from food or drinks. There are plenty of eating options like the casual beach bar or coffee shop, or you can sit for a meal at Latitudes. We loved everything that we ate and drink. Staff was above and beyond friendly and accomodating. I had a few family members visit since we were in town to see my 93 year old Grandma. They did not give me a hard time about this. It's been tough on my family since my Grandma is not doing well, and I really appreciate their kindness to let my family visit as day visitors. A day here raised everyone's spirits immensely. Parking is overpriced and there really isn't anywhere else to put your car, so valet is sort of only way. That was truly the only downside of our stay. Oh! We also loved the craft table that they had set up for the kiddos. And I can't forget to mention the daily live music which was SO fun. This is a wonderful pick for a beachfront stay in Jupiter. I couldn't picture myself visiting Jupiter and not staying here.

Not only is the staff exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, the rooms and common spaces are clean and well kept. The large, regional mall is walkable, if you need to wander. And the shops and restaurants at Downtown at the Gardens are where you can hang with the family, meet the girls, or go for date night. If you're here for some beach time, it's really only a 10-15 minute drive to the gorgeous Juno Beach coast! Accessible to I-95, you can't go wrong. It is located near Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, and is probably one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at. The lobby is beautiful, bright and welcoming. Matt was working the check in desk and upgraded us to a 6th floor beautiful room with a view of the lake. The room was very comfortable and had higher than usual ceilings. The grill on the first floor offered about ten breakfast entrees. We had the breakfast tacos and the broken yolk breakfast sandwich, both good values. The hotel also has an outdoor pool and hot tub, overlooking the lake. There is also a walkway around the lake for walking. It was a good experience.

But once you step outside your room door, it's like you've entered a completely different (and much worse) property. Service here is borderline nonexistent, especially in the kids pool area. We stayed during a busy period and the kids pool zone was an absolute disaster. Zero staff presence, no lifeguard or attendants in sight, and it was so overcrowded that it felt unsafe. Parents were on edge, kids were bumping into each other constantly, and there was no organization whatsoever. It was pure chaos. The resort was beyond packed. Elevators regularly had long lines of people waiting just to go up or down. Bar was unserviceable. People on top of eachother food going to wrong tables. Disaster. I've stayed at busy hotels before, but this was next-level. The concierge was an absolute joke. When we asked for recommendations or help booking activities, the responses were generic, unhelpful, and felt scripted. Honestly, you're better off just using ChatGPT Other than the room itself, Hard pass.
