I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by the customer service I received. I had to cancel my reservation after my son's baseball team notified us that we would no longer be traveling to Jupiter. I called more than a week before my scheduled arrival, hoping the hotel would show some flexibility given the advance notice. While I understood the rate I booked had a cancellation policy, I was surprised that there was absolutely no willingness to work with me or make any accommodation. What disappointed me most wasn't the policy itself--it was the lack of customer service. In the hospitality industry, there should be some consideration for situations like this, especially when the room has plenty of time to be rebooked. Instead, I was charged a $162.72 cancellation fee without any attempt to find a reasonable solution. Customer service is what sets businesses apart, and unfortunately, this experience made it clear that policies matter more than customer relationships. I even requested to speak with the owner or management because I find it hard to believe that losing a customer over $162.72 is worth it. Based on this experience, I won't be booking here in the future, and I hope management reevaluates how they handle situations like this. A little flexibility and empathy would have gone a long way. read more

I am a honor member of the hotel and have been there many time. in April 2026 I had a really bad experience: the hotel was full and when I arrived a room was assigned. the carpet was badly WET. I reported the situation to Frontdesk and after a back and forth process they told me "sorry we cannot do anything", but because you entered to the room you have to pay the night. I when to another hotel and spent the night there. the next day I sent an email to the manager and his answer waa "we are sorry for the incident, we will work to avoid this happens in the future, but you have to pay, because you occupied the room". i was in the room a few minutes, but it seems that these are the policies of the owners and the new manager. read more

The place is older but the cleaning crew seems to keep up. We have had nice clean rooms in the past and our most recent stay was okay. The staff is friendly but the only ones that speak English are the front desk. It was hard to communicate when our cable went out and when we needed fresh towels. It worked out. Unfortunately, the guests in the adjoining room were smoking and it permeated our room, so we had to cut our vacation short. Management was understanding and did not charge us an early check out fee. I would stay here again but I would request a non adjoining room. Lesson learned. read more

Extremely long line to check in. Very slow, only one employee on site working the front desk. That was awful. Only one trolley for baggage seen also. Parking is free Breakfast is free I felt safe as a business traveler The Juno beach area is beautiful and this hotel is very close to the beach and Juno Pier. I had a very enjoyable stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Many of the guests who were staying there for a while were on very friendly terms with the staff who made breakfast for us. They served a delicious sliced sausage in the morning for breakfast which was a highlight every morning, and one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. The building itself is a bit older, but the rooms are very clean, and newly renovated, with upgraded furniture and televisions. Bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable - a little soft (I'm personally someone who likes firm, but I know many people like soft beds). The hotel was a little farther from the beach than I expected, not so much walking distance but short drive away. read more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during May, and I had missing items from my room, which I'm 100% sure they were inside of the drawer by the refrigerator. 1 female OC tennis shoes , 1 new blue blouse and 1 new bra . My boyfriend saw me wearing this items the day before we checked out. I'm very dissapointed since nobody took responsability for the incident and even had no interest in checking on them , they just say... We don't have it. read more

This location was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely felt very inviting from the time we checked in. The hotel has two floors and we were on the second floor. Our room was right near the elevator but it did not have any noise with people coming on and off. The room itself was very spacious and clean. I did love that we had plenty of room and we also had a sofa to just relax and watch TV. The bathroom is pretty standard but you have full size toiletries and a lot of towels. The breakfast was also good and gave you different options to choose from. I would recommend this location if you're in the area and I would definitely come back to stay here again when I'm visiting. read more

Stayed at the Hampton inn after a visit to loggerhead. The hotel was very clean with plenty of cleaning staff. The breakfast was solid for a Hampton Inn. The service was good. I had no complaints. I got a good night sleep in a clean room. I noticed that they put weatherstripping around the door in the hall. I think this helped a lot actually. I would ask that the door to the balcony have a new sweep strip (bottom weatherstripping) replaced. I put a towel there, but it helped to keep out a lot of humidity. read more

Staff was pleasant and professional, facility was clean and quiet. Decent complementary breakfast with all your usual options, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. Not much in the way of organic, whole wheat, gluten free. My biggest negative is the sound of the doors to each room. They are incredibly loud when they close, mostly because people just let the door close freely rather than slow down it's velocity. While I mention doors be aware of booking a room close to an exit door while on the first level! People slam the bar to open the door! We literally couldn't get any sleep on a Fri night as people are coming and going at all hours of the night and the noise feels like the walls are shaking in your room. I have to thank management as they were so kind as to move our room the next night. The hotel is very clean and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The proximity to the ocean would be your primary reason for staying here, you are within walking distance. Just cross the two lane road, headed towards Donald Ross road. They do have in house washer dryer as well so you can wash your beach clothes etc. All in all, it's a solid, affordable hotel that you can depend on if your visiting for a wedding, funeral etc. Don't expect the Ritz or a Spago breakfast and you won't be disappointed. read more

The general manager was able to get us a great deal on our stay, we had a fantastic time and the jetted tub in the whirlpool room was phenomenal, we had cookies, trail mix, water and champagne! We will be coming back soon! read more

The room was dusted and vacuumed but the rugs are deeply stained and the furniture old. You can smell the mold in the rooms. The A/C unit works but took a long time to get the humidity out of the room and is very very noisy. Our room was by a door leading outside to the pool so you can hear the door slam, people talking and even the shoe noises on the cement path. There are 2 doors leading from the west side parking area, one is for 2nd floor rooms which is left unlocked during the day and evening so anybody can enter into the not so secure hotel hallways of the first or second floor. I was using my key to open the first floor outside door to get in and two younger teens opened the adjacent door without a key and told me you don't need a key to enter from the parking lot. The breakfast area has cleaning crews carrying trash bags, rolling mop buckets and clean up carts through the area as you try to eat your breakfast in peace. It was more like a food court at the mall. I would not stay there again and would question/avoid the hotel brand in any location that I would need a hotel. read more

First of all, a big thank you to Lou-Lou and Tonya at the front desk. These ladies are extremely pleasant, professional, and cheerful, and they go out of their way to help their guests. We came from the La Quinta by Wyndham on Fisherman's Way after paying for a room and them telling us they had no room for us at check in. Everything at La Quinta is horrible. Everything at Hampton was the exact opposite. The entire property was clean and bright. Nice pool area, clean room, nice lobby. Breakfast was hot and tasty. We won't hesitate to stay at this location whenever we are in the area. Employees are all great. Property is clean and well lit. A+ read more

Our carpet was saturated for our entire 4 days. The room smelled horribly of mold. Not damp carpet- like soaking wet. Staff was notified but didn't take any action and didn't offer to change our room. The breakfast was great! The room was ok overall and renovated. Sheets weren't bad but we didn't love the polyester comforter. There's a hidden closet behind a mirror with ironing board and blanket- we hunted for those items for two days! Lol did have microwave and fridge. Fitness center was minimal. Parking was plentiful. Cleaning by request only and it's minimal. Our room was not clean (shower scum alllll over walls and in sink). I've had many issues with Hilton brand hotels over the past two years and it's shocking how unreliable such a "reputable" brand is. read more

The room is filthy !!!! For $225 a night you should be jailed for providing these type of accommodations! See pics attached too bad I couldn't attach the smell in the room so you can get the entire picture! And the customer service is trash! I'd like a full refund I could have gone to the super 8 motel for these accommodation and for a lot cheaper if I wanted to sleep in filth! Beside that the Hotel is well maintained and it's walking distance from the beach. We've stayed here before and will likely stay again. When we booked the photo showed the pool out the window. I stayed here for one night while on my way to Fort Lauderdale. My family have come to look for Hampton Inns as our go to option for a basic priced hotel with amenities that we enjoy. This location had clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service overall. This location has a pool and hot tub onsite. The location is also a close walk to the local beach (Juno Beach) and to a good selection of quick service and sit down restaurants and a CVS Pharmacy for supplies. I'm knocking off one star because the hot tub was down for maintenance which was a disappointment and also knocking another star off for a pretty dismal bagged breakfast option during COVID-19. I wouldn't have been a little more lenient on that but we also stayed at a Hampton Inn in Fort Lauderdale that still offered breakfast options such as breakfast bowls and sandwiches that you could heat up in your room. No reason this location couldn't do the same. read more

This is nice hotel. Large comfortable rooms, very clean and modern. Location is great to enjoy the sights in Jupiter and Juno. I enjoyed a weekend stay with my family. The breakfast is ok and the front desk lady was super nice (sorry I don't have her name). There's a lot to do in the area if you're from SFL or just looking for a nice spot while driving through. I stayed in the hotel for one night and that evening I witnessed how a work van hit my car and took over. You may think when you know so much about what /when happened, cameras at hotel, you would find who did it. NO, even the police closed the case BEFORE seeing the surveillance video of the hotel. it is police officer comment: "The Hampton Inns video cameras are low quality video. I know this from personal experience because I have reviewed their cameras on other cases. " So hit-and-run happens at this hotel from time to time, and the hotel DOES NOTHING about low quality video. their policy says "they are not responsible for anything happens to your car" so... if you do not want to have hit-and-run you would like to say in safer area, not at this hotel.... read more

this hotel is STEALING almost $4000.00 of my money!!! I called to cancel a reservation for my daughters wedding within the policy guidelines but due to a language barrier it wasn'tconfirmed so I physically went to the property to make sure it was confirmed. It was 20 days before the reservation date. The manager said to my face that I would not be charged. A couple days later I check my Amex bill to see charges for 15 rooms amounting to almost $4000. No word from the hotel letting me know. The manager, Isabel said that the owner told Her to charge me. They had time to book the rooms, 20 days. The whole thing is simply WRONG AND UNJUST! My husband and I went to visit my brother in Juno Beach and he recommended this hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, largeness of the room, and the lovely staff. We were greeted by CeCi when we arrived and she was charming. As I said, the rooms were much larger than we expected, the beds were very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very accessible to the beach and restaurants. The free breakfast had a nice variety of options from waffles to eggs to cereals to muffins and fruit. The coffee was very good too. When we visit again we will definitely stay here. read more

Came in town for spring training and golf with my dad and the staff was good and room and time to relax after long hot days of golf and baseball were just fine. The hotel itself and our room were cleaned, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast lady chef called Sandra is real nice and goes above and beyond for the hotel guests. She made my wife a omelette without peppers because she's allergic, and she went out of her way for the other hotel guests that wanted waffles when they ran out. Sandra deserves more than 5 stars and she deserves a promotion. I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. read more

SCAM/FRAUD ALERT After staying at 3 other Hilton Properties which were all booked on the same reservation on the same card, I showed up to the property after a long day of travel to be told by room was cancelled and that they were overbooked. I said how can that happen and they said they tried to run my card and it was declined. The FRAUD here is they ran an old card on my Hilton Rewards account which declined so they could charge a cancellation fee. The staff played along apologized for the error found me a Hampton 30 miles back towards where I was coming from for $100 more than I was booked at the location. I day later, a cancellation fee was charged to my account. I tried to work out the issue with the property manager but they know the routine to scam you. Hilton Rewards is no help since this is a franchise hotel. Someone needs to put this property on the news or these people in jail. read more

I've been a Hilton Diamond member for 20 years and they were assholes to me. I can't imagine how they treat non Hilton honors members. We stayed late March 2023 for 1 night in double bed with wet bar and balcony on 2nd floor. Hotel is clean and in safe part of town. Very happy they had self serve laundry for only $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dry load (really helped us with our carry-on only travel style). I liked this location because it felt quaint and quiet - the area is NOT cramped with lots of super tall and high capacity condos/hotels like Fort Lauderdale. And it looks more modern and maintained better than Holiday Inn across the street. The pool area was nice and there is an adjacent pergola with 8 cushioned rocking chairs in a circle which is great for outdoor socializing when traveling with medium groups. The free breakfast had a lot of choices and filled us up to get on our way without wasting time at a restaurant or drive thru. Front desk staff gentleman named Red was so friendly and helpful. I'm genuinely confused by the 1-star complaints on Yelp. I actually looked at the address again to make sure I was reviewing the correct location and I am. This place is a hidden gem in my opinion. I found a last minute deal for $230 total and only booked 1 night because I had been burned with online photos at 2 other FL hotels. When I saw how nice Hampton Inn was, I went to extend the stay but price hike encouraged me to relocate to Best Western up the street. I will definitely stay here again if we return. Arrived at 11, I was told that the rooms were not ready, started waiting in the lobby. Then around 12 pm a couple came in and they got a room. When I asked I was told to pay $50 extra fir early check in. They have rooms available but won't let me check in before 2 pm, still waiting in the lobby. My girlfriend & I stayed one night from out of town. Although we arrived earlier than check in we asked if we could leave our bags while we continued shipping , they were very accommodating & allowed us to bring the bags in . After a quick bathroom break before heading out again we were notified that our room was ready so we brought our bags to the room , placed our snacks from our cooler in the mini fridge & went about our day. We returned after a few hours, had a glass of wine & some snacks then headed out to the heated pool right outside our door . We went into the pool for a good hour & 1/2 without anyone disturbing our peaceful swim . We found our stay to be Comfortable, Clean & mostly quiet ( ppl getting up early for coffee & breakfast slamming doors woke me up ) While sitting in the common area the next morning having coffee & a light breakfast we chatted with the pleasant manager who introduced herself ( I forget her name ) . Whenever my fiancé & I travel we stay @a Hilton/Hampton Inn because we find them to be consistently Clean , Comfortable & Accommodating.... That's Huge for me ! I waited AT THE FRONT DESK for 90 minutes before Manager YM was available to speak with me. Horrific customer service. Mediocre property. I am a Hilton Honors Member and have been for many years. I spend a significant amount of money each year at Hilton properties. I have four Hilton property reservations in the next 90 days (including this reservation) including a Hilton Resorts Property location. I had a three night reservation beginning today, July 24th, 2020 at the Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach. The reservation was for an out of town guest. I live in Jupiter and this Hampton is just a few miles from my home. I have stayed at this property often. In the universe of Hampton properties I am familiar with this has always been a mediocre property but it is convenient so I use it when I or guests need local accommodations. I called the front desk a week ago and asked that my record reflect a preference for a certain group of rooms as I am familiar with the property. This verbal preference request was more specific than my online reservation request. Front desk rep tells me "No Problem, we'll get you on one of those rooms when you arrive" I checked into the property today early afternoon and was told that none of the rooms I indicated a preference for was available. I cancelled my reservation while at the front desk and asked to speak with the manager about rebating my cancellation fees. That's when the waiting began. I waited at the front desk of the property while the front desk rep made several walk talkie calls to the Manager. 90 MINUTES LATER, having not yet been approached by the manager, I called Hilton Honors. The Hilton Honors Supervising representative told me to hold while they contacted the Manager and wouldn't you know...the manager suddenly appeared. The Manager did not offer any apology for making me wait 90 minutes, she just approached me with a curt "How can I help you". I explained that I had already cancelled my reservation and that I would like the cancellation fee rebated. She stated she would rebate the cancellation fee for Days 2 and 3 but not for today. I asked her to reconsider as a courtesy for making me wait 90 MINUTES and she would not. I am a business owner in a customer service related business. I can't even begin to imagine making a customer wait for 90 minutes to see me when they were already in my office. The manager's attitude was hostile and dismissive. I left the property in disgust of the way I was treated. There is a much nicer Holiday Inn Express across the street from the Hampton. I have never stayed there as I enjoy receiving the HH points at the Hampton. I walked into the Holiday Inn and reserved a room there for $10 per night less than the Hampton and the Holiday Inn appears to be a much nicer property. When I explained to the Holiday Inn front desk rep why I was a last minute walk in reservation he just rolled his eyes and told me he's heard many horror stories about the Hampton across the street. I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and have no intention of leaving the program but it's a bummer realizing I'll never again stay at my local Hilton property. #HiltonHonors #ShivamHospitalityGroup read more
