Upon entering, we flipped on the light and immediately encountered a spider that we killed. as we inspected further, we found evidence of extreme infestation in the Residence. There were spider webs everywhere - even in the shower. The property was extremely dirty - the layers of dust on the shower head (where there was a spider web) was so old and caked on that it didn't budge when I swiped my finger over it. As well there were pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom, stairs were dirty, the kitchen sink was dirty with tons of gritty dirty, etc.... BUT that wasn't the worst part. The worst part of this situation is that even though I communicated very clearly that night upon our arrival they we would not be staying, would consider a replacement property and otherwise would want a refund, they REFUSE to resolve the situation fairly. $4000!! Thank you AMEX for having my back, the foul is on this rental company. I urge you to steer clear for your own sanity - unless you love giving away money or truly love living among spiders.

Top shelf property management has provided us with the worst renting experience I could have…read moreimagined. First off when we got into the house there were numerous things wrong including a hole in the kitchen floor and one of the bathrooms, it smelled like something had been dead in the house for months, and much more. We was promised a full bathroom remodel in the winter (we started the lease in the fall and this bathroom was falling apart, yellow shower walls the hole in the floor etc.) and that was entirely ignored for the duration of the lease. Not long into staying there we also found that there was black mold growing in the ceiling and when we placed a maintenance request to have it checked out and fixed, it was ignored as well and still is to this day. The house is borderline unlivable and they won't do anything about it. Top shelf property management is here to place you in a rundown property and take your money, they don't want to deal with anything else. If I could give 0 stars I would.
