If the app is down, you can't see any of the saved information, so you can't even tell WHEN it crashed. Imagine if someone broke into the house and kidnapped my 14 year old??!! It has set off multiple false alarms in a short period of time. Customer service is worthless. The final straw for me is when I needed to open and close my garage door remotely, which I am supposed to be able to do. I called customer service and they showed me how to open, and now it absolutely WILL NOT CLOSE. I wasted several hours on the phone with them, mostly listening to platitudes and apologies about my experience, but they refuse to fix it remotely or to send out a technician. I'm not there. I'm out of town. That is the whole point of having this system. If I had to do it over again I would literally go with ANY other company.
