I said okay, I said I could be reached via email since my phone was with them. I returned three and a half hours later, and apparently nothing was done to my phone. They told me the phone had moisture damage, which might be true, since it's an old phone, and they had to 'test' it. But I was pretty annoyed. Keep in mind that this phone worked just fine. They told me to come back in an hour and a half. I live 15 miles away, so yeah....a bit inconvenient. They sent me an email saying my device was ready, so I drove all the way back. They then said that the phone was not worth repairing, so they did absolutely nothing with it. They did refund my money, however. But I thought it was a huge waste of my time. They seem honest enough, but disabuse yourself of any notion that this is a "while-you-wait" kind of place. Not sure if I would use them again, hope I never have to.

Although I pay for Geek Squad coverage and was disappointed, I understood since Toshiba no longer makes computers why they probably didn't want to deal with it. My computer simply stopped working and would not turn on. I brought my computer in late am on a Wednesday. Received a call late pm that same Wednesday informing me it was ready for pick up. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine. Daniel and Greg were very professional and even apologetic that it would cost $75.00. Considering the computer cost, the age, and that Best Buy wouldn't even touch it, I thought it was very reasonable. Would highly recommend CPR in Wappingers Falls.

The staff here is friendly and helpful enough. I just wish someone had been honest with me that this store was one of the former Sprint stores before they merged and that Sprint policies are different from T-Mobile's so they were uninformed. That fact alone would have prevented me an hour of frustration. I wanted to turn in my old iPhone for a new one. They insisted that they couldn't do this for me, that I'd have to pay full price and then need to call TMobile and get them to send me free and easy packaging so that I could drop it back off to this very store and they'd send it in for me. This sounded weird, but I didn't argue and when I got out of there with my new phone, I placed a call to T Mobile who had no idea what I was talking about. No, I'd have to figure out the packaging and mailing myself if I didn't do it at the store ("and of course you should be able to just hand it in at the store.") And maybe I'd get that credit of hundreds of dollars that they had been advertising for the past week. I am allergic to mailing anything, so I called the store to say WTF (no Fs were actually uttered) and they insisted that I should be able to get packaging and just drop it back off to them. I called T Mobile back, pretty annoyed that I was wasting yet more time and finally reached someone who was informed enough to realize that this store had been a Sprint store and likely inherited their employees and that yes, Sprint's policy had been exactly as they had described but now no longer in place. Yes, I could mail my phone in, with my own packaging and my own waste of time on a post office line. The T-Mobile employee told me to go to the Fishkill store and they'd take care of me. What I'm annoyed about is that no less than two employees here at this very store, one of whom was a manager, gaslighted me for like 10 minutes. I really felt like I was going nuts. Shouldn't they be aware by now of T-Mobile's actually policies being that... they ARE T-Mobile and no longer Sprint? My advice: if you wish to turn in a phone, avoid this store and go to the one in Fishkill.

I tried to return an iPhone X phone case that I purchased a week earlier. We upgraded our phone from the X to the 11 so the case no longer fit. We brought the case back to with the receipt and the original packaging within the required 14 days. Richard noticed a tiny scratch on the case and accused me of returning a damaged case. I advised him that it was only on the phone for an hour, never left the house and was not aware of the scratch on the case. I suggested that maybe it was damaged already when I purchased it. Richard would hear nothing of it, saying that we must have scratched it, and they can't accept it because it is not able to be resold. In the end they ended up taking it back and refunding me after he escalated this to his district manager. What Richard should have done from the outset was to simply say that it looks like there was a scratch on the case and he would need approval from his boss. Instead he dealt with me, his customer in an accusatory manner, ensuring that I will never set foot in that store again. Clearly Richard does not understand the bigger picture about how to run a business and be customer focused. He lost a customer for life all over a $30 phone case.
