I went into the store this morning with the intent of switching over from Verizon. I was completely…read moreignored as three people sat in the store chatting and laughing and carrying on. When I first walked in, somebody said, "Oh, we'll be with you in a minute." Well, ten inutes later, they were still ust laughing and joking and carrying on. I was totally turned off, and right now, that turned me off T-Mobile.

I placed an "expedited" order online which I found out is different than when going into the store. Come to find out that you're better off going in store rather than placing online because they prioritize giving you the best current deal. Long story short, one of the two online orders didn't process and they were able to go above and beyond to ensure we got the full credits on the trade ins and were able to secure the current promotion of a free IPad and Apple Watch so long as you pay for taxes and the monthly data plan which wasn't too much overall price/value considered. If you are in need of an upgrade or weighing your cellular plan options, this Lompoc store is the way to go.

Short story, I transferred 3 lines from TMobile because one of the employees quoted me a really price. Come to find out AFTER the fact that his quote was way off, by $80+/mo. Then when I turned the 3 old devices in (as part of the promo) one of the phones disappeared never making it to Verizon so I've been dealing with Verizon for the last 7 months trying to correct it. This an authorized retailer, not an actual Verizon company store. You'll get the slimy, salesman feel from just about anyone you encounter there.

I asked her where the "no returns" policy was posted, and she told me on the receipt. The first line after the dollar amount on the receipt is "Metro by T-Mobile will gladly assist with your return. Return a device or accessory within 14 days". I pointed this out to the untrained unqualified cashier, and she then proceeded to tell me she was not authorized to do returns. I asked her to contact a supervisor so she could do her job. She referred me to "611". I stated that would connect me with my Verizon account. She then looked rather surprised and asked why I didn't purchase the cable at Verizon. Well, if I ever need a phone or accessories, I will indeed purchase from Verizon. The staff here appears incapable of proper customer service or logical thinking.
