I went into the store this morning with the intent of switching over from Verizon. I was completely ignored as three people sat in the store chatting and laughing and carrying on. When I first walked in, somebody said, "Oh, we'll be with you in a minute." Well, ten inutes later, they were still ust laughing and joking and carrying on. Went to this location looking to get a iPhone 13 case. Almost no effort was put into looking for a case for my phone. I would not do business with T-Mobile or this location. The Store manager Angel Carlon is not honest and not helpful and discriminates who she is helpful with and who she is not helpful with. The management is not friendly if you have a conservative leaning type mind these folks have zero respect for you. T-Mobile service on top of that is terrible . They sell this 5 UC like it's the best thing on earth. It's not its way over rated. Switching back to Verizon is my only plan and we can't wait to switch. If I could give them negative stars I would. The Lompoc office has no clue what they're doing and when you call 611 for service because this location doesn't have a clue, you can guarantee that the reception doesn't have the knowledge, the Supervisor did not have a clue how to help & she claimed she was there 3 years. You can't get to the technical support team because they are on the phone correcting the issue that no other employee in the company can do. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE? NO! I have the best unlimited data plan with them and I have been cut off at 50 gig of usage!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST PLAN AVAILABLE & YOU GET CUT OFF 5 Days prior to cycle ending? SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD TO ME & PEOPLE NEED TO STAND UP AND BE HEARD! They rip us off monthly and none of the employees know what is going on except 1 department out of many???? SHAME ON T-Mobile. Take your money elsewhere if possible. We need to start shutting down businesses like this that are PROFIT OVER SERVICE!!!! FYI, IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN TO THE REAL PEOPLE THAT NEED TO HEAR FROM US!!!!!!! I am new to Lompoc and this was my first experience at this location. I went in to upgrade my son's phone. Lalani was super sweet and helpful. During our conversation I had learned that she had only been there for 2 months. She had some questions regarding our trade-in so she asked a more seasoned rep named Cece for help. Cece was so condescending and unprofessional toward Lalani which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She asked Lalani, so what trade-in did you offer them? Why would you offer them that? Rather than training Lalani, Cece found it necessary to berate Lalani in front of customers. This causes a hostile work environment, especially for someone who is new. All the while, Lalani remained calm and professional. read more

Did not like the service at this location. First of all was not greeted both girls were on their phones and barely looked up One was kind of helpful as I was having trouble logging into my account but it took lots of talking her into helping me. So lazy and uninterested into helping costumers. The other one was so rude just terrible she was on her phone speaking so loud I could barely hear the girl helping me. Just not a good experience at all and definitely will not be coming back also changed my service to Verizon they are much nicer with better service overall read more
