When I returned the next day, I was assisted by Alejandro, and the experience was noticeably different. The level of customer service and professionalism I received did not reflect the same standard demonstrated during my previous interaction. I placed an "expedited" order online which I found out is different than when going into the store. Come to find out that you're better off going in store rather than placing online because they prioritize giving you the best current deal. Long story short, one of the two online orders didn't process and they were able to go above and beyond to ensure we got the full credits on the trade ins and were able to secure the current promotion of a free IPad and Apple Watch so long as you pay for taxes and the monthly data plan which wasn't too much overall price/value considered. If you are in need of an upgrade or weighing your cellular plan options, this Lompoc store is the way to go.

However, in the last 6…read moremonths or so they've started putting these horrible plug-in fragrances in the store and it's like I have to wear a mask to go in and it's just disgusting, There's no reason they should have fragrance in there, there's never a bad smell lingering in there....When a place is kept clean bad odors stay away. & I'm there pretty frequently and I've never noticed a bad smell until the fragrance plugins OR fragrance whatever they have in that store. It's so bad you could smell it even when you're walking up to the store, & it follows you when you leave... people with asthma, migraines, And sensitivities Have a really hard time with that plus it gets all over your hair and your clothes. Bad for the lungs for the employees, (& whatever other organs long term exposure affects) as those fragrances didn't come from a field, they are literally toxic chemicals ... that the fragrance companies use in the those those sprays, & Which wont actually affect them till 10 years,15 years from now.
