Over the period of two months and many phone calls placed on my end to their office and employees,…read moremost of which were unanswered and never received a call back once on a message I left that I can recall, I still didn't have a straight answer whether I could even revive their service. It took the two months of phone tag to even get someone out to my location. Then when they were there I was told they would call me with an answer one way or the other the following week by the employee. Never received another phone call from them at all. I tried calling another time the employee who gave me his number at the time, with no response to my left message. Called office again and lady in office was basically clueless and helpless to my situation. I moved on and view it as if they can't provide better customer service than that I'm probably better off.

Luckily Verizon took care of me and credited my account. Beware...this place is not truthful or upfront about fees. I suggest dealing directly with the Verizon store by the mall or through Verizon online directly. They Should be ashamed of themselves!

I was told this phone was eligible for a promotional trade for a "free" iPhone 15 Pro. I have seen a monthly charge for the iPhone 15 Pro now for the past four months on my AT&T bill. I have been calling this store and AT&T customer service for the past four weeks and this issue has not yet been resolved. The store has no record of my trade. My iPhone 13 Pro has been either misplaced or stolen by someone at this store. DO NOT do business with this store. The current customer service person named Ty refuses to give me a contact number for his supervisor. AT&T customer service is telling me I have to go to the AT&T store to resolve this and that they cannot help me with my situation. DO NOT fall for this trade-in gimmick, they will steal your cell phone and make you pay for the new one.
