It was completed in a couple of days at which point we picked it up, took it home and discovered that the power button no longer worked. She returned immediately to UTX where the owner informed her that, yep it's broken and "I didn't do it". He then offered to giver her an estimate to repair it if she left it with him! So her cosmetic repair has become a disabling issue thanks to the ineptitude of UTX. Pay the extra and get it done by someone reputable who has some degree of respect for their customers and exhibits some level of responsibility for their errors.

I speak Spanish would not speak Spanish in a professional setting in front of non-Spanish speaking customers because people will always assume you are speaking negatively. The guy on the phone says the best he can do I $115 and throw in a free tempered glas which I didn't realize at the time was just a screen protector... I already have one and the one they put on is cracked on the corner. I know I'm not the first person they have done this to which is why I filed a complaint with the BBB I hope they get shut down.
