Cracking your phone screen has got to be one of the most annoying things that can happen to you. After a very unfortunate PokemonGo accident I walked around with my cracked screen for 2 weeks. My Samsung Galaxy 6 had a cracked and unresponsive screen. I went to 2 other places and the 1st wanted $250, the 2nd $185 but I had to leave the phone until next week so they could order a part. I have an iPhone 6 and one day after it slipped from my hands and hit the tile the screen shattered. (worst feeling ever). I already knew my deductible would be about $200 and was honestly not in any mood to spend that or go that route. After, talking with co workers and reading reviews online I came across Wireless Outlet. I noticed that there was NOT one bad review noted and felt extremely confident in trusting this place to help fix my broken phone. After work I went down to Wireless outlet and I work in Summerlin. So you could tell by that statement I was very much confident in this company traveling a little distance for good repair work, right? (Or so I thought) Walked in showed my phone and right away was taken care of, all felt like a great experience. He looked at my phone and informed me not a big deal very much fixable and took great care of me this day (on a Thursday). Literally took 20 minutes to my surprise and my iPhone 6 was back to perfect. (Only $91 later, not bad). Although he did have advised in his store $5.00 off and yet I was not given that coupon. Not even two days later, (Saturday). I was sitting at my kitchen table when my fiancé noticed the screen was lifting up and he could basically seen the light coming through the lift from the right upper side of my phone. I was told I had a 30day warranty, they are closed on Sunday and I was not able to make it back until Tuesday. Come Tuesday went back down to wireless outlet and same gentlemen at the counter, showed him the problem and he took care of it right away. Not even ONE week later the left side of my screen is lifting up also. There is a dead zone on the bottom left portion of the screen and not to my surprise is the right side of the screen lifting as well along with the new screen he replaced is chipping pain. (It looks like its cracked in the upper right corner but, you can run your nail through it and there is NO dent, NO crack) Its the products paint or whatever material they use for their screen. Needles to say we went to pay him another visit and were informed that we damaged the phone. (I have NOT dropped my phone, I put a tempted glass on the screen to protect it even more and have it in a durable case because I more than learned my lesson the first go around.) He pretty much told me his prices went up and he cannot help me and it would be $120 to replace the full screen again. ALL I CAN SAY IS CALL YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE FRIST - STICK WITH YOUR CARRIER AND THE ACTUAL COMPANY YOUR PHONE IS THROUGH. DO NOT TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT BECAUSE IN THE LONG RUN YOU PAY MORE MONEY. read more

I went there and they were unfortunately out of the black iPhone 6 Plus screens but he said they would have some the next day. Went back, sure enough he got some in and fixed my phone within 30 minutes. I noticed after that my earpiece speaker wasn't working though. honestly the whole place is a complete scam , my brother has been going to them and always had to bring his phone back and because i was in-between finances , i came to him expecting to fix my phone screen , he replaced my screen with a Non Apple approved product after i got it seen by apple an approved franchise , they explained my batter had been replaced and some other items have been taken out , now my Faceid won't work and my front camera i can only use On Snapchat, when i called witless outlet to explain what happen they made excuses claiming it's just my screen not being an "apple product" when ACTUALLY they taken out the original apple products and replaced them with "old non approved" apple products, so he basically lied and they're running a scam here stealing new apple products , gave me a warranty to come back but after going to authorized apple dealer I don't trust him with my phone read more
