BIG TIME LYING SCAMMER this guy is straight garbage ! He lies just to get you into the store as he claimed they took Acima & Snap which I have a more than $5000 limit with as I've done engine rebuilds for a couple of thousand dollars and only have to pay $50 to start with either company. This guy does some Progressive company and I had to pay $133.05 for 12mo = $1729.65 (which is actually 13 payments not 12 payments) on an item the receipt shows $770. But it gets better because he sells it to us while they door was locked and the black security gate bar had to be stepped over and he key unlocked the door to let us in after 7:20pm He runs my CC, and info less than 3 minutes I'm qualified as I already have pre-approved amounts in the thousands w/ Snap or Acima but he doesn't use what I asked and he said that was available there. So now he has charge my CC $133.05, gets the Series X and it is damaged in the corners. We ask about another he says it's the only one they have right now and don't worry We give a 2yr warranty plus Microsoft gives you a 2yr warranty. We get out of there before 7:38pm drive back to Aliante from Wireless Outlet Trop & Pecos I hook it up the next day, put in my info, signin, log on, start downloading my cloud games , then put in new GTA5 leave to let them download for about 4hrs. Come back and the cloud games are loading but disc game is not, checked over a dozen times but keeps saying insert disc no matter how many times I did and no matter which brand new disc game I put in. Call them back seeing it had not even been 24hrs and the sleazy lying scammer says if I would have brought it back the same day he would have exchanged it!? I asked why didn't you exchange it while We showed you the damaged one you claimed was the only one. He hangs up. Called back several times even when I checked the console by registering the serial number it showed warranty expiration date of 03/23 and that if Microsoft can't fix it they'll send a used refurbished one which can take from 4wks to 10wks before I get the system back. These MF"ers are JUst a World of LIES & SCAMS.

My I phone 6 plus screen shattered this morning. I got on Yelp and requested quotes for screen repair and a screen protector. Wireless Outlet got back to me within minutes quoting $79 which was less than just about anyone else that also responded to my request for a quote. I went in about an hour later and they had in fixed in 20-30 minutes. $85 total with tax and I have a new screen and a screen protector. I'd definitely go back if something ever happens again. Samir is awesome. My insurance for a new iPhone 5 would cost $200. I decided to check out Wireless Outlet because they were close to the sprint store. I asked if he had any cheap phones I could buy. After talking he said he could fix the LCD and the cracked glass on my iPhone 5. Only took about 30 or less minutes and the iPhone looks brand new. Samir really got me out of a jam and gave me a great price. I then decided to buy a iPhone case too just in case. If you have any problems with your phone I would first bring it here to get his opinion and see if he can fix it for a fraction of the price. He turned my brick of a busted iPhone into a brand new one. Best deal ever. read more

I got recommended to this place to repair my iphone 6 plus screen by a good fellow. So I came in yesterday to see Simar. He told me he will fix it for a great price and he worked on it right away. When I dropped my iPhone 5c and shattered the screen, I turned to Yelp because I wasn't sure which company was best to do a screen repair. Wireless Outlet had really good reviews based on fast service and inexpensive pricing. When I went to their website, I found that you could select an appointment time (which I really appreciate when I run errands on my lunch break). I picked a time and drove over. The quote was $45 (even cheaper than I thought it'd be) with a 20 minute wait time... sounded good to me! Literally within five minutes of taking my phone, the job was complete. I was pretty wowed with how easy the entire process was. I was spared the hassle of taking it to an Apple store or reaching out to my service provider. My initial appt was confirmed for 2/16 between 2-2:30 PM for a replacement of my back screen. They didn't show up until 3 PM despite texting me they were 'on the way' at 1:50. The tech said it would take 15 minutes to do the repair, almost 40 minutes later he finished. The next day I noticed that my back screen was popping out, like the adhesive wasn't installed correctly. I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.

Daughter shattered iphone 6 screen. She used it until we couldn't stand it any longer. Found Wireless Outlet here on Yelp, and I am so glad I did!!! I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a beautiful screen, and a happy daughter. Price was more than fair...and I called many places including Apple, and our carrier, Sprint. Purchased a used phone and when the first turned out to not be unlocked for our carrier, Alex met me at the store on Father's Day and got me sorted with a phone that we had no issues connecting to our carrier.
