Metro sent two phones and debited my bank account twice for $40 each. I didn't find out about the second phone until was brother was able to get home about a week after they were delivered. From my place to my brothers and back to mine is a seventy-eight mile round trip walk. Not going to happen. Metro refused to pay UPS to go by his place and pick up the second phone. He is no condition to walk to the nearest UPS store.
