After that, I made the big mistake of taking my new PC to Geek Squad thinking that since I bought it at Best Buy, that's where I should take it. BIG MISTAKE. They wiped out my hard drive and then told me it would cost upwards of $600.00 to fix. I refused and then took it to Door 2 Door.They fixed my computer for less than $100.00 and said all it was, was a broken memory card! These guys are honest and very competent.
