The salesperson completely mislead us on what they could and could not do and our first tech 100% didn't set up our system correctly. Subsequent visits have been equally disappointing with exception of one tech that seemed to care about his work product. I am constantly getting sent docusign contracts that are expired and that don't relate to my account. Our current representative refused to provide his supervisor information so I am relegated to writing this review. There are several other alarm companies in AZ....I suggest you pass on AAA.....they care nothing about a customer experience. *******I was promised a call from my rep's supervisor. I've heard absolutely nothing. These folks care nothing about their customers yet they expect us to trust our safety with their products.

I have been frustrated with ADT alarm services. We had…read moreservice at a property in Mesa-az and sold the property, bought and moved to another house in Phoenix. We had a different alarm system and provider in our new home. I called them last year to terminate our services and they told us that our contract was still running until Oct 2026. I will have an early termination penalty. I keep the service until 4/25 that the house was sold. Transfer the service to our new address and new equipment until we decide about the termination of the contract. Call them again and decided to terminate the contract, pay the early termination of $350 and return the new equipment. They did not wanted the old one back. Took me 1.20 hrs in the phone, 6 different people, each one has to hear my history and explanations. Finally, "labels for my returning equipment should be in my email with 30 minutes ". Never happpen. Call the following day, another 1.25 hrs in the phone, 5 different people, tell my history, repeat myself over and over until the frustration got heard by the last person and I got my labels and return my equipment. Customer service needs to be train. Keep notes if what's going on with the clients so, left hand knows what right hand is doing! No wonder why people are been replaced by robots and virtual services because it was worst than that. People (humans) do not want to work, efficiently and above and beyond anymore. Customers frustration is not a big deal! You are stuck, pay the bill and " I am sorry about that", it's all you hear but doesn't resolve the problem.

He said yes. I agreed too have tech come out. He comes out and before doing anything, tells me its going too be $230.00. I said no, thats not what the adt phone rep told me. He implies that he gets this issue alot. I call in too cancel, and speak with an Account "manager" named Mia. She promises me the world, 5 yrs locked in price of 45.00 (lowered from $65.00/month), cover camera fees, cover tech fees, discount on new cameras, no payments for 2 months,extra 10% off. I said no. Do yourself a favor and call your local alarm companies. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Just know that they can lower the price if they really wanted too but wont until you call in and speak your mind.

I had issues with my code ( I forgot it) so I called Eric ( sales) and he immediately had a tech call me and verify my info and was able to work out my issues . My son set off the alarm twice by accident... police were at my door in mins. & verified my identity. The second time my relatives set off my alarm accidentally... I got a call from brinks and identified myself via code words etc. This company is no joke folks. Brilliant service. Affordable... Spot on customer service. Don't call Brinks just call this company... Brinks will charge you to come to your home... This company can assist you from the phone or on site and there's no charge. 10 Stars! They only install wireless systems such as Google Nest. We had already had another quote from a…read moredifferent company who said they could use our existing Cat 5 and move us away from the current wireless cameras on the home to a wired system that would be integrated with our Starlink. They could also install a wired mesh system which would then help the wired cameras. We are a tad rural and have to use Starlink. It will take a day or so for the owner to do the work and it wasn't cheap but it was 100% doable. We will also have access from our betas through a mobile app. Eagle said they could do nothing for us without an internet company like Cox. The estimator honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as he could. I am sure they are a competent company but if you want a system that isn't Google or something similar, look elsewhere. They also said we had to pay some kind of monitoring fee which I did not want as we have an ADT alarm system we have to pay for .
