Being disabled & on limited income we needed someone to inspect the Jeep to know if it was safe to drive. Honesty is critical for vehicles when you are traveling on highways with your loved ones. We bought 5 vehicles during my marriage at 1 dealership where we experienced being lied to learning that dealership was telling us our jeep needed a new part that a second opinion told us that was not true. My neighbor told us of their mechanic being honest & not overcharging shared people were driving from other States to have him work on their vehicle. He received an…read moreanonymous letter from the residents on Monona Drive saying that they will not give him their business because they feel "unsafe". I am impressed with the amount of compassion and empathy this owner is showing this homeless man. Instead of using that energy to send a passive aggressive anonymous letter to the owner, the residents could have pooled together resources to get a voucher or send a check to get this homeless man a hotel room. We're living in the middle of a pandemic and we need to have compassion and empathy for each other. I, for one, will be giving my business to this establishment when and if my car needs work.
