I recently had to have my range serviced and the manufacturer requested some pictures to help diagnose the issue. I sent two pictures: one of the natural gas connection, specifically the regulator, and one of the electrical connection. Instructions were included with the range when they arrived but they chose not to follow them. The manufacturer said we are lucky an accident didn't happen. The regulator was not installed directly to the back of the range as it should have and could have caused a serious catastrophe since the safety feature would not have engaged. The wiring was also not installed properly according to the instructions, without the proper junction box cover/attachment point. There are several other reputable companies in Nashville to consider.

We called them, because it was hot, and since installation was just completed were pretty insistent that they come out immediately. It was Saturday and a tech said he would be out but because they were so far away it would be awhile. By 4pm we had heard nothing so we called only to be told they couldn't make it due to a break. We received no call telling us that and no apology. When they did make it out a couple days later we were told that the unit had no Freon in it. Within weeks we were not using the AC anymore for the year. Summer 2018 begins and we realize the AC is not working again. Someone comes out for service and he tells us there are holes in the coils which he repaired. We expressed our unhappiness with the situation it being a new unit etc, he didn't seem to care. Two months later the unit it not blowing cold air again. We get a technician out and he is very thorough, thoughtful and attentive to the situation. He tells us that the coils are damaged and have holes. He patched them to give us time until a new one can be ordered and replaced. We told him that we require additional time on our labor warranty, more than a year, because obviously the new unit is defective. He agreed those terms were fair and claimed he would be in touch. More than a month later, NOTHING! All evidence says that this company does not stand behind their word or their work. All evidence shows this company is dishonest even crooked and is only out the make an easy buck on trusting customers. Their work ethic is deplorable!

It was a cold day during Thanksgiving week, I had family staying from out of town and we had no heat. After a week plus, due to insurance red tape, I still didn't have heat, insurance said the unit could be repaired. I was recommended: Simply Service Company. Brian came out and fixed a minor part and had it running in no time for a relatively small price in comparison (I cancelled my Lee Company plan, garbage company). Second: I needed to have a mini split system unit moved and the condenser unit put on a pad, Brian came back out, assessed, gave me a price, and I agreed to have the work done. Again, I could not be more impressed with the work Brian did. It's very hard to get good, clean, professional work done these days. Simply Service and Brian do just that, time and again. Brian's attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. Neither did the installer offer me any opportunity to buy an extended warranty for the Receiver (only $149 for 3 years), (the item has now failed - less than 2 months after the install) Installer has been slow to return my calls after the install. He inferred I was fortunate to receive the deal I did because of the pricing he charged me on the hardware - like *that* should be the reason I should *accept* the fact that he hasn't delivered the options any normal person would get if they bought the Receiver *themselves* in the store. The Amp has failed and I might have to buy another because of a power surge. The installer himself procured the Receiver @BestBuy & delivered it to my home. The Amp is a $1000 item if I go back and buy it myself. Steve alludes to the fact that he gave my a *deal* on the Receiver which I believe. But, nothing excuses poor communication with your customer and not leaving a detailed receipt and offering them thier paperwork on the Hardware. Who owns the Hardware Steve? You? or Me? If it's me - why wasn't I offered the opportunity to buy the Extended Warranty? The BB Extended Warranty covers Powersurges, the Manufacturers does not. It remains unclear whether or not the failure of the Receiver was actually caused by a powersurge (there were no storms in Nashville the night of the failure) or whether this was a simple Manufacturers Chip-set failure on the Motherboard. One thing *is* clear, is that Steve Greiss, with All Wired Up, remains recalcitrant in his communications after the sale and service. Shall We Clear this up? Or take this further?
