They offered to fix the mirror (great!), went back to pick it up a week later and the mirror was brown/gold and clearly a different color than the original mirror. So now I have two mirrors that don't match. So I ask them to fix this with two mirrors that match, another week passes and finally get the car. I thought ok they finally fixed it, we can move on & all is well. Then, this week I get a notice of an unpaid ticket in the mail and the street markings/date are while this car was at this shop. They parked it during street sweeping and didn't bother paying the ticket or telling me about it. So now I'm stuck with a ticket, a mirror that still doesn't quite match the other one, and a month of a hassle over getting..an oil change.

I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. I had my leaking exhaust repaired at a nearby gas station service center because it might not pass…read moreinspection. After the repair, the car sounded like a loud sports car. At first, I thought it was normal, but over the next eight months, the noise became worse. Eventually, the exhaust started dangling. I returned to the same service center several times, but they only provided temporary fixes and made excuses. Thankfully, I found King Muffler. I called and stopped by the next day, and Jose quickly assessed the problem: the flex pipe was broken and the catalytic converter was missing. I asked Jose to proceed with the repair, and amazingly, everything was finished in less than 30 minutes. We even had breakfast nearby while waiting. When we returned, the car sounded as good as new! I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and highly recommend King Muffler for their fast, honest, and excellent service.
