That is a rare attribute in a car repair shop and is why I trust them. They went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, fixing a part rather than replacing it. Plus being a dog-friendly shop means I bring my pup to hang out in the waiting room while they work. If you need work done by an honest shop, you can't go wrong here. They offered to fix the mirror (great!), went back to pick it up a week later and the mirror was brown/gold and clearly a different color than the original mirror. So now I have two mirrors that don't match. So I ask them to fix this with two mirrors that match, another week passes and finally get the car. I thought ok they finally fixed it, we can move on & all is well. Then, this week I get a notice of an unpaid ticket in the mail and the street markings/date are while this car was at this shop. They parked it during street sweeping and didn't bother paying the ticket or telling me about it. So now I'm stuck with a ticket, a mirror that still doesn't quite match the other one, and a month of a hassle over getting..an oil change.

We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.
