My wife and I were having problems in our home with air quality so after tackling some other issues we decided to have our air ducts cleaned. I am pretty through when it comes to vetting home services and after reading all reviews we decided on WISEVENTZ. We scheduled an appointment with them and they showed up on time. A lot to be said for the way businesses are run nowadays. Steve, Ray and Vinnie were quick to get to work. They were able to clean all my ducts in 4 hours and I had them clean my dryer vent for a few extra dollars since I was having it done all in one trip. Steve was also able to replace my rigid dryer vent. These guys work well as a team. No laughing or joking. No loud voices. Only work, courtesy and a job well done. UPDATE: during a little spring cleaning I found that the dryer vent hose was never hooked back up to the back of the dryer. Little did I know I had dryer lint everywhere, which cleaning up isn't such a big deal, but this is a fire hazard. Still happy with these guys but next time I'd check for proper hook up. read more

I called on a Thursday and they were scheduled for the following Monday. Beth at their office gave me a very good price. Had them come ALL the way out to San Tan Valley this morning and they did a wonderful job!! They were friendly, told us each step of the way as we gave them a house tour. They counted the vents, opened them to confirm the number etc, let us know about how long it might take and just and overall ease to their work. We told them our concerns and they let us know once we returned home how it was resolved etc. we saw that they had vacuumed their staging area where they had brought in their equipment and left no sign they were here except except new vacuum cleaning lines! They were overall easy to communicate with, friendly, and did a wonderful job!! We will DEFINITELY be spreading the word! The crew from Wise Vents came out on July 31 to clean the dryer exhaust vent in the wall in the condo I'm renting. I'm so glad they did! Casey and Raul came out to clean the air ducts in my mother's townhouse. We connected with them via "Thumbtack". Casey was very exact with his bid and was first to respond on the Thumbtack site. When they got to the house, we discovered that the air coil was also very dirty as were the air registers. We switched to a different package which caused Casey and Raul to spend most of the day on the job. They were very thorough and we are super glad they called the air coil issue to our attention as it will increase the efficiency and life of the unit.
