The employees know me very well here. I'm literally there every other day. This place is probably the least expensive location in San Antonio for juice, coils, and vapes, etc. They have a variety of other products as well. Everyone is friendly and professional. They have a rewards program also. I'm unsure what kind of training they are provided, but everyone seems to be knowledgeable on all the products. I have been a customer of this store for many years. Honestly, I have recently watched it decline with changes in management and high turnover. I recently had to buy some batteries, but the employee told me she "could not find the good ones, due to things being messy." She suggested I buy some cheaper ones and exchange them next week when I am near by. I went in today, but was treated rudely by who I believe to be the same employee and manager. The manager talked down to me and acted like I was in the wrong for doing as his employee said. I am very disgusted with the way I was treated today. So I've been here a few times. First time I came in Steven was working and I brought my friend who was new to vaping and Steven was super friendly and answered all her questions. I had came by last week and bought a whole bunch of coils because they are reasonably priced here. I put in a new coil last night and for some reason it wasn't hitting right. For the last twelve hours I just couldn't get a good hit. I just went by the shop and Danny was working. Poor guy had to deal with me while I was slightly cranky because I was having nicotine cravings. So super shout out to Danny for being awesome and patient with me and swapping out some coils to make sure that I could get a good decent hit. I had visited this location for the first time and upon entering I immediately notice the vape bar-like set up. They have chairs for customers to smoke and enjoy their vape. This March will mark 5 years since I quit smoking. I initially bought all of my product online and learned by trial and error what worked for me and what didn't. I gotta say, I am over there at least one a month now and buy everything I need from them. Each employee is super educated on the product and they really take the time to listen to what you want, offer suggestions, and don't try to up-sale you just for the sake of it. They are very friendly and also have a great rewards program too, which helps save you some cash. Wise Vice offers curbside pickup, has great hours of operation, and this is by far, in my humble opinion, the best vape store in San Antonio, TX! The best tasting, and selection on e-juice. Amazing prices, their Wize Vice vape juice flavors are amazing and such a great deal. Anytime I've had to go somewhere else in a pinch, I end up paying so much more money for e-juice that just doesn't compare. I feel that they offer excellent premium flavors. My two favorites are Narwal Milk (Strawberry base) and Nillionaire (Vanilla base). They offer reasonably priced Mods/ Vape Devices. I recently bought the Aspire Nautilus Prime X, and it's amazing! Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable about vaping, and always willing to help or assist with any questions. On top of the excellent service, great prices, and great selections, you earn points for every purchase and I'm constantly saving so much money. You can legit earn points to receive $5, $7, $10, and $19 dollars off purchases once you've racked up enough points to use. I usually get to use points toward a purchase after every 2-3 visits. I've been able to unlock $19 dollars off 3 times within this last year already, on top of other times I've unlocked other discounts. Excellent vape store. Staff is more than friendly and knowledgeable. They let you sample any of the juice flavors before purchasing. Even if you figure out you're not crazy about the flavor when you get it home, take back the bottle mostly full, they'll swap out the flavor for something else at no charge. They have a point system for each purchase for repeat customers and can be used for free juice. They offer a military discount as well. Also a fun place to just hang out for a while, and they'll clean your tank for you on the spot. They also have a CBD option to add to your juice if you interested in vapable CBD. read more

If you're looking for cheap hardware, I'd buy it online (price matching please?); but their selection and prices on juices is extremely competitive. "Blemonade" is one of my favorites and I thoroughly recommend it if you have a taste for lemon, strawberries or blueberries. All the flavors shine through and don't overpower each other. Great all day vape. 50 cents and you can sit in the shop and try all the flavors they have until you find the one you like. Prices on tanks and mods are very reasonable, and if you spend a certain amount in store or double up on your juice you receive a hefty discount on your total purchase. If for some reason you feel you do not like the juice you picked, you can bring it in and exchange it for another flavor free of charge.
