I was shocked. Folks, a tip is not guaranteed. I gave according to the quality of my experience. And you made it 50% worse by opening up your mouth to complain about the amount that was given, esp. after knowing the noise you allowed customers to enespecially. For the last 30 mins. Provide better customer service, and maybe you'll get better tips. I've seen you have a bad reputation of serving Black customers. You ruined what was a decent massage experience!!! You should be ashamed as a business person to treat customers this way.
