The luxurious design and flow of our kitchen is a personal favorite, and we now have a more functional laundry/mudroom which makes it where we can fit so much more while maintaining a space that is easily accessible and visible for everyone. Her design was a perfect balance between style and functionality. Throughout the process, Andrea had a way of making us feel as though we are her only customer with all the attention and responsiveness we could hope for. She really reads her customers well and respects our personal style while making first-class suggestions along the way to enhance our ideas or introduce designs we would never have thought of. CBBB was the perfect choice for our family! I cannot speak more highly of the beautiful design and incredible care CBBB provided my family for our bathroom renovation and closet build-out. AAA++ Can't say enough about my experience with Cabinetry by Better Built. We started the process of designing our kitchen remodel before Covid with the owner, Andrea Y. Unfortunately, covid delayed us a year, but Andrea remained in touch and even worked with us to tweak our design since we had a year to think it over. She did an excellent job putting our renderings together and discussing all of our options. We opted to go with the inset Starmark line with a custom finish and couldn't be more pleased with the look we achieved. Starmark cabinetry arrived packed incredibly, foam corners, bubble wrap, you name it - they don't want their products arriving damaged. Everything was labeled well, and made delivery and install a breeze. The owner is onsite and present on the day of delivery to ensure the process goes smoothly and everything is accounted for. Communication with this company is great, they get back to your questions or inquiries quickly. They kept us abreast of delivery timeline through the process. This company and owner, truly want to make sure you are happy with your outcome, that is meets your needs, and your style. They did a great job, made the process such an enjoyable one and always made each point of contact with them professional, approachable and comfortable. So glad I found this company and more specifically, Alex T. My kitchen was a bit of a non functional mess. I liked the layout fine but needed new cabinets, counters, sink and I added new appliances. CBBB made the process so much easier than we could have imagined. I went to there store, met Alex and decided on what I liked. He came to the house, measured then designed the kitchen, sticking with the same layout but way more functional and beautiful. I picked a quartz counter with matching backsplash. When the cainets arrived, they were put in the garage and Paul Carson, with his son, proceeded to dismantle the kitchen. By the afternoon, one side was completely cleared and the new upper cabinets were installed. The next day the other side came out and the rest of the cabinets went in. We were shocked at how quickly and efficiently Paul worked. The countertops were from Solid Surfaces Unlimited, they arrived a week after the cabinets went in and measured for the counters and backsplash. 3 weeks later they arrived and the installation was finished in less than 2 hours! Hook ups and finish work was done after that. We have a beautiful, functional kitchen now and I couldn't be happier. We love it and can't get over what a positive experience it was after we expected it to be a horror! read more

We decided to have our 50 year old kitchen updated so we looked around at several companies. Andrea was right there with most of the other companies and we decided to give here our business because she was a small family business. I'm glad we did. Her prices were fair and even if the price was a little more i would rather give to a small family business, she was always available. When we received our cabinets she was right there making sure everything was accounted for. After about a week we noticed some flaws in the cabinets, not any fault of Better Bilt, these were flaws missed by the manufacturers quality control inspectors. I Spoke with Andrea and she set up a time to come see the rest of the cabinets that were in boxes packed in my garage. When she got to my house it was over 90 degrees out side and it started raining, so we shut the garage door and Andrea without missing a beat started moving these heavy boxes around and checking for any other flaws on the cabinets, NOW its 90 degrees in a hot garage and she was sweating her a** off but never complained or stopped working. After she left i told my family how glad i was that i went with Andea's company Better Bilt. Having just replaced cabinets in my workplace through a different company, I had somewhat of an idea of what to expect as far as quality of the cabinets go. But, Cabinetry by Better Bilt was far superior in every way compared to the company we used for my workplace. Far superior. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. First off I would like to say that cabinetry by Better Bilt was a great company to work with! Andrea in particular was our project manager and the owner. she was very accommodating and super nice and made suggestions along the way. With the pandemic it was a extremely long process and a bit challenging to be able to get our kitchen done. At this point we still have a few things to do ... painting, lighting, baseboards, filling in small holes etc. the kitchen portion Andrea did work on is done though and we love it. We couldn't be happier with how the project came to life. We did see a few hiccups along the way and Andrea was more than accommodating to help us solve all of the issues . We had our kitchen remodeled by Better Bilt about 15 years ago and so definitely sought them out when we decided to totally redo our bathroom. Our kitchen was fabulous, and still is (they even came and replaced a broken cabinet door after about 12 years -- no charge!). Devon gave us a very reasonable estimate, a great design and most appreciated suggestions, since I am one who can't decide on what I would like (!) and Andrea was there to answer questions when Devon was unavailable. Our installers, Mike and Patrick were excellent; always respectful of keeping the demolition mess down to a minimum for the rest of the house. We hired Devin Moore and this company to rebuild our kitchen in a home which means the world to us. It was built in 1920 and had a lot of things done that needed fixing. Devin met with us, listened to our wants and came up with a plan which suited our needs. After receiving the cabinets which were of a great quality, an individual named Larry Davis came over and rebuilt our kitchen to what we hoped it would be. The cabinets and workmanship were great and suited this home well. Both maintained great contact with us during the whole process and epidemic. I own a duplex in the area and wanted to update the kitchen and bathroom in the smaller unit. I had the sales rep out to the home and she took measurements and promised to get back with me. Within a few days, she did. The installer came to visit and prepare for the installation. Neither area was an easy area to design or install. We did have a problem installing the sink so the installer called and made a cost saving suggestion. What a great job. The place looked great. So great, I had them do my kitchen and bathroom as well.
