I was out shopping, drove by here never been inside and thought well I'm going to stop in and see what they have in there. As soon as I walked in, there was a giant display of the exact liquor that I was looking for and the bottle of liquor, came with a special flask so basically getting two things for the price of one and that was pretty awesome and then I needed some Zyn's for another family member and this place was so cool. They had regular Zyns and the European Zyns with higher milligrams. The person working also helped me pick out a cigar (which I know nothing about) and give me a couple cigar boxes that I could use as gift boxes absolutely cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for any liquor, tobacco products and anything like that definitely stop in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and Everything was priced pretty well.

Some vape choices. And even some good cold drinks & some groceries (&candy!). This is not a chain...Danny, the owner, works long hours & is local. You hear in the news that Arabic men (Muslim men) treat women poorly, but in the very long time I have been coming here, Danny & all his guys always treat me respectfully & friendly. There are a few tabletops, great for working during your cigar sesh, a large bar and several comfortable chairs in the back of the lounge for relaxing and enjoying a good cigar. Separate restrooms for women and men. There's a full bar and snacks available. The humidor has lots of popular and a few obscure brands. There's something for everyone in its vast selection. There are several large screen televisions for your sports viewing pleasure. The Old Fashioned I had was excellent. The manager or owner offered to assist me inside the humidor. The bartender served also as waitress. She was super friendly and cordial, and checked on me numerous times throughout my stay. The atmosphere was relaxed, with a great ventilation system. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area.

Staff were dismissive, repeatedly saying "I don't know" without offering to check, follow up, or provide any real assistance. For a purchase of that size, I expected much better communication and professionalism since a call had been made prior for the order of those specific cigars. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

What irritated me is I had then sat there for 20 minutes before I went back up to ask how long I would have to wait, they had rechecked me in and said they would have me back quickly. Just for me to then sit an additional 10 minutes waiting and watching 5 more people called back before myself. Mind you these people stayed in the lobby for no more than 5 minutes at most.
