Nice and friendly and easy to talk to, especially when it is your first time buying a piece or part or even grabbing papers/roll up materials. The wide selections of bowls, bongs, pipes, tobacco products, and vapor objects allow a customer to feel liek they have a choice and comparison to everyuthing there! The only downfall is if you run into the partner. I am not sure of his name but he seems middle eastern and a real S.O.B!! He does not talk or greet you when you walk through the door and are looking at. He gives off this impression that he does not want to be there nor want anything to do with his customers. Other than the partner, the shop is always dusted, clean, and organized along with a open walkway to and from all the pieces. Ever want a product, go to this place. They have everything!

Cones come in different size packs and brands--of course some are cheaper than others. If he wasn't so miserable and arrogant, he would've known that and either helped me find what I needed or just let me shop in peace. I walked out and immediately started writing this review. I usually purchase around $200 worth of cones at a time so I don't have to keep running back to the store. His loss--not mine. I'll take my business somewhere that actually values customers.

He informed me about really good prices on ejuice and he wasn't kidding. The soft spoken owner Anthony is very helpful if you ask. I am always on the lookout for a good juice and he seemed to know a lot with an 8 years of vaping passion, so I asked him what his favorite juice was and he introduced me to Tally Ho! This stuff is a game changer; a delicate yet hearty vanilla bourbon flavor like a fine cordial but not super sweet or harsh even at .06mg nicotine. Lots of space between the rows so you and your fellow shoppers aren't at risk of bumping into each other with your carts. If you've been to a Total Wines before - you know how it goes... they're usually the size of an old Toys R Us but aimed at adults looking to waste, I mean spend, money on booze (or cigars, which seem to have a serious fanbase the few times I've been here). I've found some new/unique imported beers as well as a few interesting organic wines at this location that I never saw at their other stores. [Every Total Wines location is a bit of a drive for me but worth the mileage.]

Plus they have no record of receiving the returned parts even though the USPS indicated that the parts were shipped a month ago. Bottom line: faulty product, poor customer support and hidden fees. Yesterday Sunday morning I went in for the usual and I knew it was Debbie's day off. And there was an African-American lady there who seen me standing at the register and I patiently waited . After waiting for a while I approached the lady and she offended me she used profanity towards me told me to get out of the store started taking pictures of my van my license plate. Like I was some sort of criminal . I always thought that the customer had priority and preference over everything apparently not in this person's eyes she obviously has a sense of entitlement . The lack of respect that I received was like nothing I had ever experienced in my whole life I am a combat veteran disabled and I'm an older man . I would hope that quick check takes a quick look at this employee because she is absolutely a detriment to their business .
