I thought it would be bulky and affect the house look. It didn't! They handled working around our fiber optical and electrical line on the roof edges. They were able to cut our hvac pipe to drain into the gutter. And they were able to handle our special request of having the gutters drip away at least 5'1"-5'2" away from our house foundation. We got the gutters due to foundation issues, and the foundation injection company required gutters to warranty their injection work. Cody is responsive and has great customer service. He can try to work on a deal with you too. Zelle is cheaper than credit card with a transition fee. Pay 50% 1st, then 50% when completed. Met Justin and Francisco. Both are great at greeting and talking. Heard all my concerns and plans. Coherent and professional. Refreshing and not usually a norm for Vegas. I currently have a Home Warranty service that includes my Pool filter system. The home warranty company will try to nickel and dime any claim you submit, and will attempt to not to pay for covered items. When they sent me an email of the first pool company, I refused it due to them having no website and had only one review which was negative. They then sent me Lake Las Vegas Pools that has a really beautiful website. It was easy to maneuver, has great reviews listed on Yelp / Facebook. They contacted me to arrange the initial inspection, and I spoke with the office person named Karen who was very professional and outgoing and easy to discuss the arrangements. Ricky came out on the scheduled day and time, and was also very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took pictures of my pump and my circuit breaker panel and explainEd the steps that was going to happen next. Shortly after he submitted the pictures with claims, they then contacted the Home Warranty company, spoke to them about what needed to be done and received approval to do the job. (Side-note - Lake Las Vegas Pools has a great Email and text message communication to let you know every step of the project taking place, but also has a great personal phone call communication -thank you Karen. Once it was approved by the Home Warranty company, I received emails and texts from Lake Las Vegas Pools with the date and time that Jacob would come out and repair my pool pump. He was very knowledgeable explaining every step of what he was going to do and was very understandable. He took his time and made sure that everything was complete with new wiring, circuit breaker and new parts for the pump. Well he tested the water nev we r put one chemical in and was on his cell phone one handed brushing the side of the pool and didnt even brush 1/4 of the pool. He didnt empty the skimmer basket it had leaves in it. He wrote that he used a 1/4 of a chemical no he didnt i put it back in my pool shed after he spent 10 mins in my hard. I believe if Devon the first guy would have came out I would still be doing business with them.
