It was like watching a coach of a little league team. He was constantly guiding them on how to protect the walls and carpeting. He kept tabs on them to keep them moving. When I say "them," I mean there was a crew of 7 movers and they finished the job in six hours and it could easily have extended into another day, but due to building restrictions we would not have use of the elevator the next day. He divided the team and pushed them to work smarter and faster. What was very obvious is how he kept moving people around so they could all take a short break to catch their breath. I appreciated that he showed them the same respect he showed us. The invoice upon completion was not what I was quoted so after speaking with the Junk King office about it, they immediately made it right.
