I enjoyed the Medicine Mountain Facial and my esthetician was Kayla. Wow! I enjoy spa facials, but I don't know that I have had one this wonderful. A lot of that has to do with Kayla. She is loving and considerate. The first thing that she did, as she was soaking my feet, was tell me the process of what the facial would include. I travel a lot, so I enjoy treating myself to spa treatments when I stay some place special like Buffalo Thunder. I have never had someone sit down and explain just what we would be doing. I loved that conversation. She was able to answer questions and provide good information. It was the most educational facial I have ever had. I also liked that she explained how I would know when the facial was coming to an end. Kayla read my attitude too. We enjoyed chatting at the beginning of the treatment, but by half way through, I was in another zone. Kayla didn't say another word. Every resort spa has a different process, products, and titles to their packages. It is impossible to compare one spa package to another. My experience at Wo' P'in however is better than any other resort spa treatment that I have ever had. Kayla's touch was perfect and it was so easy to relax to her rhythm. She was accommodating when I told her that the bed was getting too warm, or when I asked for additional steam. I felt like I was enjoying a treatment instead of purchasing a nicely packaged set of steps that must be followed. The entire staff, the atmosphere, and the little niceties that are available to all customers was perfect. If I am every back this way, I will definitely book another appointment. I just hope that Kayla is still available. read more

This was the nicest spa I have ever been to!! The amenities, beauty products and facilities were top notch. Andie greeted me and showed me around and she was super helpful, happy, and thorough in her introductions. Lisa was my massage therapist and did my body wrap and she is very personable, friendly and skilled at what she does. Definitely do a body treatment just so you can experience the 360 shower in the treatment room! Melinda did a manicure for me and she did an excellent job. I love the Dazzle Dry nail polish system that they use. I hope I remembered everyone's names correctly, they were all great. The dry sauna, steam room, and whirlpool hot tub are extra perks. Get there 30 minutes earlier than you normally would so you can do the cleansing ritual before your treatment. I used the dry sauna before and the tub after but wish I had been early enough to do the whole ritual. Wish I could have taken photos but understandably, they ask for no cell phone use in the locker rooms. If you are a local like me get here soon! They have locals discounts! read more

Wow, wow, wow! This is a wonderful spa, starting off with the plush robes, the soft music playing, the friendliness of the front desk staff. The locker room had all the amenities; hot tub, sauna, steam room, showers, and all the items you need. Slip into your plush furry robe and into your slippers and head off to the waiting area which has salt lamps, tea for you to brew, bottled water, and nice seating in a relaxing ambiance. Kayla was my facial therapist and she was nice and told me about the facial before she started. The facial was the best one I have ever had! From the essential oils she had me breathe in, to the steam, the massage on my arms, rubber mask, it was relaxing and invigorating. It was so moisturizing!! I will definitely be back! You also get the spa day pass all day included, this is the sauna, steam room, hot tub in the locker room, also men and women are separate. Go relax and enjoy!!!! read more

The spa at buffalo thunder casino was exactly what the doctor ordered. I haven't had work since the pandemic began. I was impressed with the level how professional everything was handled. I felt completely safe and taken care of during this pandemic. The booking process was easy and the front desk staff was incredibly nice and personable. I definitely fell in love with the cozy robes. While waiting for my massage practitioner to come get me I fell into a state of relaxation, sitting in the cozy chair and listening to the relaxing music. It felt like an escape from the mundane rigmarole of every day life. My massage therapist was extremely friendly and very personable. He clearly had good training and was constantly checking in with me to see how things were going. I felt relaxed, tended to, and it was exactly what I needed. We drove down from Denver for a quick weekend getaway. I was looking forward to my spa day as the hubby was golfing. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Dulce was the first to greet me and bring me back for my massage. I knew I was in good hands (literally) when she put her arm around my shoulder as she led me back. I really enjoyed the brush she used. I had never had that done before. She even gifted me with a brush all my own. Who doesn't love gifts?!! Then it was on to the facial with Kayla. We hit it off right away and I enjoyed chatting with her. The facial was excellent and she had some great suggestions for skin care products for me. Such a relaxing experience at Wo' P'in Spa! We were at this hotel for a girls' week. I received the 80 minute hot stone massage. We both loved our treatments. They were amazing! Luke was my masseuse and he was very professional and focused on the areas that I mentioned I wanted to focus on. The room was so relaxing and the light and temperature were just right. I love how the massage tables are heated and the robe that they provide to you is heavenly! The facilities are beautiful and modern, clean and updated. The staff is very friendly and thorough when providing the greeting and tour. I love how the spa is close to the rooms, so you can get to the spa easily from the guest rooms and the main lobby. Fantastic, I went the day after my 40th birthday! I did the rose and honey head to toe body scrub to rejuvenate my fresh forty skin. I came out glowing all over and feeling like a buttered baby! The spa Mimosas hit the spot. My massage therapist was perfect in her personality authenticity and professionalism. I felt the most comfortable as I ever have in a spa. The setting is gorgeous and impeccably clean. Like OCD clean. Prices normal for a upscale spa. 10/10 experience. I've been getting massages for the last 20 years and this Spa and Masseuse by far have been the best! There was no crowd. It was very quiet and serene! I had a very tough morning. I got to my appointment to the Wo' P'in Spa at 1:15 pm and the way they treated me changed my day 180 degrees. The manager was extremely professional and kind. She could see I was very stressed out and she did everything in her power to ensure that I could relax. I got the BEST massage ever from Dulce. She is the sweetest person I have ever met - that is probably why her name is Dulce (which means "sweet" in Spanish). She has a magical aura and after the massage I felt completely relaxed, rejuvenated and happy! I absolutely recommend this spa! read more

Went in for a scheduled massage, the facility was just what me and my daughter in law needed. The Spa had everything we needed and the facility was quiet, clean and comfortable. We utililzed the hot tub and the steam room before and after our scheduled massage. I made a reservation for an aromatherapy massage with CBD oil. I am impressed! Out of all the massages I've ever had, this was my favorite! My massage therapist was so calming and thorough. I had several treatments during a three day stay. Each treatment was better than the last. I had a deep tissue and facial on the same day, it was a relaxing full body experience. I also had a Hot Stone Massage a couple of days later with Luke, and it was wonderful. 100% recommend Luke! The best Hot Stone Massage I've ever had. All the staff was nice and professional.
