Not only are the ingredients surprisingly nutritious, but the combination is incredibly flavorful and satisfying. This was easily one of my favorite things I tried at the festival, and I'll definitely be making a trip to their Tinseltown location soon to add it to my regular rotation. I assume they make the patties in house because the size seems to be different every time, but the last couple of times I've gone, the patty has been extremely small. It was more like a little meatball than a burger patty, which is disappointing when you're ordering a cheeseburger. If they are making the patties by hand, I think they could really benefit from weighing or measuring each patty so they are more consistent. I still like the healthier options and some of the food here, but the burger quality has definitely gone downhill for me the last couple of visits.

I thought I had ordered it on an Everything bagel but the plain bagel was fine with me. The egg salad tasted fresh. The salad was fluffy and creamy.
