One of the servers told me it includes brown rice, turkey burnt ends, edamame, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds, and Korean BBQ sauce. Not only are the ingredients surprisingly nutritious, but the combination is incredibly flavorful and satisfying. This was easily one of my favorite things I tried at the festival, and I'll definitely be making a trip to their Tinseltown location soon to add it to my regular rotation.
