As far as a business model goes this place is solid. Love the customizations that you can make to each entree. It's essentially a BYOB (build your own bowl) format. I probably didn't choose the best option. I was excited about it but really had to force myself to like my broth bowl. The broth came out lukewarm. They did reheat it happily which I was hesitant to ask for. But I just couldn't eat it with cold broth. The broth had absolutely no salt. Like 0. I suppose if you don't like any salt it would be an okay option for you. I found most of the items to taste like grill and nothing else. Just wasn't impressed. I want to like it and I'm sure I'll try it again someday but wasn't memorable. Price was affordable however. read more

I like that the Caesar dressing comes on the side. Although, the kale was missing and the wrap was a little loosely wrapped, I still enjoyed it! I added grilled chicken breast for $3.99. The wrap tasted fresh, and it was crunchy. The chicken breast was tender, juicy and flavorful. The service was fast and friendly! I just love when the staff is genuinely kind. The seating area is spacious and organized. They have a waiting area for to go orders off to the side and out of the way of traffic. All bowls, wraps, salads and quesadillas come without protein. You can totally add your choice of protein for a small up-charge. You can also design your own meal! They offer smoothies and flavored teas. They have a children's menu. I am a big fan of CAVA so thought I would see how I like this place since it's closer to home. It was good but just not quite as good as CAVA. I will say that they have more to choose from on their menu and I will definitely go back and try some other things. I loved that there were meat options with sustainable food sources like wild caught fish. The avocado cream was like whipped avocados so good with my meal. The kale was perfectly sautéed with an oil of some kind. I do wish I knew what they used. However the kale was perfectly cooked and shredded almost finely. The broccoli was also cooked al dente and yet tender at the same time. Sweet potato cubes-perfection in texture for how they were roasted. The tuna was tossed in an Asian flavorings -super delish! I arrived around 11:30, an hour after their grand opening. I expected the line to be long but it wasn't too bad. Saw a few guys standing by the door passing out menus. I came to the kiosk and saw that if I download their app and order on there, there's a $5 off. A very nice lady came by a bit later and told me she could take my order to the kitchen herself, which was so nice of her for stepping in to help especially after I struggled to place my order for 20 minutes. I got the poke ahi tuna bowl and the chicken Super Bowl. Both are delicious! The Tuna is fresh comes with a hint of spicy sauce, Perfect combo with brown rice, seaweed salad, carrots. I had the chance to order twice from So Fresh - first was delivery and second in person. Had good experiences both times but I was told from others that the wait time can vary or be long. The customer service was great in store and wait time wasn't bad for me. I tried the chicken strawberry fiji salad, steak tulum quesadilla and a banana date smoothie. The steak quesadilla was what got me and I tried it both as delivery and in store. The fiji salad was delicious and filling, I don't usually eat salads but there's was great. I expected Panera quality but this was more on par with tzatziki's. Highly recommend eating there because the food comes out hot. I believe this is because of the set up that they have with customers using the kiosk to place orders. In full honestly I was a bit taken back by this and the prices as they seem high. I placed my order on the kiosk for a to go order. I had the warm Greek bowl with added chicken and avocado and the fresca drink. Service was very quick I had my food in a matter a minutes!!! Everything was doubled checked by the staff prior to handing me my food. While I was sitting there I did see there was advertisement playing in a loop to provide suggestions of added protein depending on what the person is ordering. I thought this was helpful for people like me who have never been there before. They have many options to chose from that are supposed to provide a healthier food option for people.
