I didn't realize that the survey might be incorrect until the builder next door built his foundation encroaching on my land. After looking closely at the survey, I saw what appeared to be a mistake. I sent them an email to that effect, asking them how they arrived at their conclusions. I was rudely told that the surveyors are intelligent and know what they're doing. I responded that if I am diagnosed with a disease, I want to see my biopsy and blood results, and still want to know how the diagnosis was arrived at, in spite of the fact that the doctor is very intelligent. I asked again and asked if the historical records for the house, which is 100 years old, were accessed and, if so, how I could access them. I was then told that I didn't pay enough to get that information (I was charged the typical fee for a survey... not less than any other quote I received). I asked how much they would charge to come back and redo the survey just on the side of the house in question. I was given a price of $250. When I agreed to the price, there was dead silence. No response. I let them know again that I was interested but they did not respond.

When it comes time for permits and paperwork they are the WORST. Waited on permits for over a year and they had no answers when questioned, they filed incomplete permit forms just to then have to challenge and take more time with it. They do not return your calls or requests and questions. No communication, rude staff, they tell you they will call you back, they never do. WORST decision ever to use the, Do not be fooled the first time you meet with them. DO NOT USE THIS ARCHITECT OR OFFICE.. I cant believe how they make it seem like you are bothering them when you call and ask for an update or an answer to a question. They aren't bothered when it comes to accepting checks.
