Mom-and-Pop location, so it had more of a basic Chinese take-out restaurant vibe. There are tables for you to eat at the restaurant, I went at 6 pm so there wasn't a buffet available at that time. I ordered the House Lo-mein, my total was right at $10. Great price, great portions, and the food had a great taste to it. If I come back to Tupelo and have a taste for Chinese, I will return to Hong Kong Restaurant.

I've come here multiple times, and I kick myself every time I order steamed white rice - it's always crap, hard, undercooked and crunchy crap!! I asked for chili/hot sauce and they give me freaking soy sauce, just bad customer service at this Tupelo Panda. You have to ask for utensils or they don't include it. And as one of the other Yelpers mentioned, the entrance and exit to this unit sucks, difficult to enter. Not coming here EVER again!
