What is he supposed to do about this while he's in Florida and the owner of this "business" is in NY? Also, why wasn't the puppy crated overnight like she is used to, and her pet dad ASKED the owner to do?? The owner of this "business" said that the puppy was "bad on a leash" even though she was warned of this ahead of time. Then the puppy was returned to her pet parents DIRTY, with FOOD in her fur, SMELLY, and her collar and leash put on way too tight. The owner was TOLD to keep the puppy separated from the big dogs at this establishment or at least to introduce them SLOWLY, yet the puppy was put right in with the big dogs right away. There are too many dogs in one small area and the owner seems to only care about getting her money and cramming as many dogs in there at once as she can. The owner insinuated to my stepson about how little she got for watching the puppy, yet SHE set the price! The puppy also came back without her rabies tag, which was somehow lost during her stay! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

That being said, let me tell everyone what Happy Herd Stables is really like. It is the cleanest stable you would ever want to have. I brought my two horses here the end of June, and my horses are thriving. Like I said, the stalls are CLEAN, their water buckets and troughs are CLEAN, and their paddocks are GREAT!!! The stalls are roomy 12ft x 12ft, with deep, fluffy pine shavings. I no longer have to worry about the condition that my horses are in...they are in the best physical condition since I've had them here, and what's more, they are in the best emotional/mental state they've ever been in. I can honestly say that every boarder here would give the same testimony.
