I walked into the pet wash, there was dog hair everywhere. The dirty laundry hamper is overflowing and both tubs were filthy. Soap bubbles still lingering in them and full of fur. I opened up the towel holder and there were 2 towels remaining. I intended on purchasing shampoo and conditioner for the dog. I returned to the counter to ask the associate if the pet wash room could have a little tidying and disinfecting. He replied, " well that's going to take about an hour! If you want it properly cleaned!" I responded and said yes, indeed. That is why the pet wash is tended to in between each pet wash. It is not something that waits til the end of the night. I politely set my shampoo and conditioner for the dog down and walked out! Disgusted.
