For example, when we were gone for a longer stretch of time, the sitter recomended longer visits based on our cat's behavior, and they were able to make that change easily. Oscar has been my only family, traveling with me for the past 5 years and I care for him very much. As so, it is very hard for me to leave him in the hands of others and NEVER over night. I started using the day care because of my work schedule and also because of how happy he was when I would pick him up. Blaming customers for your facility inconsistencies, ruining people's plans, giving the impression everything is okay, causing us to drive an hour and a half and then rejecting us and then not having any accountability in the matter is a huge thumbs down.
