He will work with anybody in regards to what their affordability is and stand by his product. This is a great store for alex and ani. They also have pandora. They do self out of some items but will do an order for you. Great customer service and very friendly. I have been going there for the alex amd ani bracelets. Watch the timing doing the holidays. Store can get picked very quickly. Left pendant at Ocean Co. mall store to have ring that chain goes through soldered so it won't fall off. Specifically asked for estimate. Told $18-20. They call, pendant ready. Go to mall, store closed. Call, no answer. They call me, store closed and I need to come to Monmouth store. I tell them no, mail to me. They say send check first. $32 + tax. I tell them I was told $18-20. Seems too expensive for such a small job. They say estimate not written on receipt. I need pendant so pay. Checked with another jeweler in mall out of curiosity -- told $20 ! Get estimate in writing from Wolf's. read more

This place is a stereotypical cheap jewelry store in a mall with a cheap attitude. The staff and the owner with a greasy slicked-back hair-do were just plain HOSTILE during the Holiday season! If they continue the way they treat their customers, this business won't survive. read more

Worst jewelry store, worst customer service. Cindy, the store manager, has no respect for customers. My husband bought me a grey pearl necklace in 12/2014. He was told that the beads between the pearls were Swarovski crystals. Since the necklace was dressy I wore it twice only and it was kept in its original box. In December of 2018, I wanted to wear it for an event and when I opened the box, the beads between the pearls were tarnished. I was very upset. The receipt was still in the box, and it had cost my husband $252.39. I took it to the store and Cindy told me that the beads were sterling silver, and that she'll try to call the manufacturer to see what they can do. I asked her if there is going to be a cost for me, and she said probably shipping and she told me she would get in touch with me. I had to call the store four times to see what the status was. Today, 2/8/19, I finally got a call from Cindy telling me that I might get the necklace next Tuesday. When I asked her if there was going to be any charges, she answered probably $25 for shipping. I asked her if I could speak with the owner to express my dissatisfaction and to also say that we were tricked into buying a necklace that had sterling silver in it. She told me that I wasn't there with my husband to know what the conversation was, and refused to give me the owner's name. She was very rude to me. She told me she would call me when the necklace would arrive and hung up the phone on me. I will never buy anything from Wolf Fine Jewelers and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I went into the store on Aug 16th to get batteries for two watches, they bent the back of one of my very expenses watches. I had to leave and wait for there watch maker to call me and I had to go back and drop off the watch to get fixed. A couple days later I went back to pick up watch and they had the nerve now to charge me and said they did not do anything to watch, and there customer service really stinks. Would never go back there again and to tell anyone not to as well. Worst store ever read more

This jewelery store is not only scintillating to walk into, the selection, variety and pricing can't be beat. The owner Scott treats you like a 'friend in the biz'. I have been a customer since my first visit, not to mention every visit to follow. Even when the store did not have exactly what I was looking for they gladly ordered my items and had them in days. Repairs are excellent too. They carry all the popular brands you love. I've purchased gifts for friends and family and almost always leave with something I just couldn't resist. CAUTION: STAY FAR AWAY! I had the absolute worst experience with this jewelry store. My fiance bought a beautiful engagement ring from this store that was very unique and had sapphires wrapping around the band. Unfortunately the ring was too big so we brought it back to Wolf Fine Jewelers to be resized. They originally said the best option was to apply balls to the inside of the ring to make it a smaller fit because they told me that sizing the ring would cause the stones to become loose. They kept the ring to be looked at by the jeweler, I expressed my concern about leaving the ring but they assured me I would have the ring back ASAP. Three days later I received a phone call from Wolf stating that the ring could not be resized and that they needed to order an entirely new ring in a smaller size and that it would take approximately one week and that I would be updated throughout the process. After not hearing from them for 10 days I called only to find out that there was an issue in receiving the new ring and that it would take another two weeks but that they would keep me in the loop. No one ever called and I had to call almost daily to find out what was going on. The customer service of this jewelry store is horrendous. I placed phone calls that were not returned, I was blatantly lied to, I was shocked at the attitudes I got when inquiring about when my ring would be in, like I was inconveniencing them. It was devastating not having my ring for Easter when I got to see my entire family, also I had to cancel my engagement photo shoot that I had scheduled because I didn't have my ring. Finally, I was told that my ring was on its way but that they were not sending a new ring, they had resized the original one. When I reminded them that they had told me that resizing the ring would cause the stones to become loose they suddenly changed the story and said the stones wouldn't come loose from resizing it. After calling on the day they told me my ring would be in the rude woman on the phone said "If it came in I would have called you". When the ring did come in FINALLY after over a month, I picked it up and had concerns that it looked different to me, and the resizing made the band look strange and bent oddly. Monica, the night time manager was very nasty to me and when I showed her a picture of the original ring and pointed out differences she was very rude and had a horrible attitude and kept saying "I don't know what to tell you" between eye rolls. She then offered to send it back to the jeweler in a mocking tone- after having my ring for over a month I declined and said I would take it somewhere else. I was so upset I sobbed my way out of the store. Please be aware that you can not trust this company, they will take advantage of you. Don't ever expect them to call you back or be true to their word. I recommend not supporting this business as they do not care for their customers. read more
