Priority was very responsive to my email confirming the date and time for meeting. On that day, Priority called me about 30 minutes before he would arrive so I could meet him at the house. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He found that the house doors had been secured with safety anchors (my description) so he used his knowledge, creativity and persistence to finally get a door open and we got into the house. He was very practical and wise in trying lots of different methods to get a door open. Quite impressive!
