As the owner of Wolf Mountain Day Spa, I challenge the review written in 2/08. It simply is not true. He states he has not been in himself. I was not contacted personally in regards to this situation. I did not know his mother or their situation. Actually, I don't even know who this person is. Verification by the spouse personally presenting the certificates, would have been all that was needed. All gift certificates state plainly they are non-transferable. I am very sorry for their loss. As many of our clients know we are very caring and nurturing, it is unfortunate that this person has never been in. I have become a frequent customer of Wolf Mountain Day Spa. I can not tell how wonderful all of my experiences have been! I have regular facials that have drastically helped my complexion and massages that have relieved real pain and tension that I have on going. I have experienced all of the staff from the owner Miriam to Martea, Kelly, and Hilary. They are very experienced and do a excellent service. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean!! I have traveled to destination spas and haven't had this high caliber of service anywhere else! Wow just wow ! Let me start by saying how thankful I am for Coco at wolf spa GV . I've been to different places in our area . I can confirm that this is the best place and the best staff . They are super nice and professional. The products they use are AMAZING, they have high tech instruments for their facials . I'm so happy with my facial and i had instant results . I have going to Wolf Mountain Day Spa for roughly about 3 years. Kristy and Taylor are great mani/pedi stylists. Jen does great hair care and pretty much anything you need her for. Miriam does Reiki, which leaves you feeling pretty good. She also does massages and anything else you might need. Nicki is also a great massager. Chloe does facials and waxing. I have had the most wonderful experience at Wolf Mountain Day Spa. I recently recieved an Alpha-Vitale Resurfacing Facial and my skin has never looked better. If you have thought about Acupuncture, you should do it. If you try Acupuncture, you should continue to do it. Carmella is fantastic at what she does and who she is.
